【摘要】 隨著服務(wù)業(yè)市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈,企業(yè)越來(lái)越重視人力資源開(kāi)發(fā)和管理工作,沿用傳統(tǒng)的人事管理的方法,難以滿足現(xiàn)代企業(yè)發(fā)展對(duì)人力資源管理的要求,因此必須提高認(rèn)識(shí),采用科學(xué)的手段和方法對(duì)企業(yè)現(xiàn)有的人力資源進(jìn)行管理和開(kāi)發(fā),F(xiàn)代飯店是以人為中心的行業(yè),飯店的管理就是人的管理,加強(qiáng)飯店人力資源管理,對(duì)提升飯店的經(jīng)營(yíng)效益,促進(jìn)飯店的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展具有重要的意義。飯店人力資源管理的基本目標(biāo)是通過(guò)運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代人力資源管理觀念和管理技術(shù)來(lái)改善工作中的人的行為,進(jìn)而提高生產(chǎn)效率。要實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo),必須注重人力資源管理的科學(xué)性,掌握人力資源管理工作的靈活性,充分認(rèn)識(shí)到人力資源管理的重要性和復(fù)雜性。中國(guó)飯店業(yè)是在改革開(kāi)放中發(fā)展起來(lái)的朝陽(yáng)行業(yè),與國(guó)際接軌較早,資產(chǎn)存量大,開(kāi)放程度高。由于假日經(jīng)濟(jì)的出現(xiàn),居民消費(fèi)的迅速增長(zhǎng),中國(guó)加入WTO,中國(guó)飯店業(yè)正面臨大好的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。實(shí)行科學(xué)有效的人力資源管理,不僅能對(duì)飯店業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的增加起到積極的推動(dòng)作用,而且還能利國(guó)、利民,贏得良好的社會(huì)效益。本文以人力資源管理的理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)分析為基礎(chǔ),以旅游企業(yè)人力資源管理的現(xiàn)狀為出發(fā)點(diǎn),結(jié)合人力資源管理中有關(guān)知識(shí)和相關(guān)模型,通過(guò)對(duì)中國(guó)旅游飯店人力資源管理中存在的問(wèn)題與原因進(jìn)行分析,提出可供借鑒的旅游飯店實(shí)現(xiàn)人力資源管理的方式與途徑,為解決新時(shí)期人力資源管理問(wèn)題提供了借鑒方法。

【Abstract】 As the services market is becoming more competitive,more and more attention to corporate human resources development and management of the traditional method of personnel management,it is difficult to meet the development of a modern enterprise human resource management requirements,it is necessary to raise awareness,the use of scientific means and methods of the enterprise existing human resources management and development.Human-centered modern hotel industry,hotel management is people management,strengthen the hotel human resources management,to enhance the operational effectiveness of the hotel,and promote long-term development of the hotel is of great significance.Hotel human resources management are the basic objectives of human resources through the use of modern management concepts and management techniques to improve the work of human behavior,and improve production efficiency.To achieve this goal,we must pay attention to human resources management science,human resources management have the flexibility to fully recognize the importance of human resources management and complexity.Chinese hotel industry is the development of reform and opening up in the morning sun with industry earlier in line with international standards,the assets of the stock of large,high degree of openness.Holiday because of the emergence of the economy,the rapid growth of household consumption,china's accession to the WTO, china's hotel industry is facing great opportunities for development.The implementation of scientific and effective human resources management,hotel industry,not only to increase cost-effectiveness play a positive role,but also to the people,the social benefits of a good win.This article take human resources management theory and the reality analysis as a foundation,take the Tourist business human resources management's present situation as a starting point, unifies in human resources management the related knowledge and the related model, through the question which and the reason exists to the Chinese traveling hotel human resources management in carry on the analysis, proposed that may supply the traveling hotel which uses for reference to realize human resources management way and the way, to solve the new time human resources management problem to provide has profited from the method.
