【摘要】：目前國內(nèi)電子商務(wù)平臺的企業(yè)和商家主要依賴客服人員來解決用戶售前售后的提問。為減少客服的工作量,提高系統(tǒng)的效率,本文將用戶常見的問題和領(lǐng)域知識結(jié)合構(gòu)建知識庫,實現(xiàn)客服問答系統(tǒng)。目前領(lǐng)域本體在問答系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用主要體現(xiàn)在對領(lǐng)域概念的分類方面,缺乏對用戶問句的語義理解和處理。本文以母嬰領(lǐng)域為例,本文分析客服系統(tǒng)的聊天記錄,構(gòu)建領(lǐng)域本體和FAQ庫,并重點研究和改進了領(lǐng)域本體對實體的屬性描述和屬性相似度計算方法,實現(xiàn)了基于領(lǐng)域本體的客服自動問答系統(tǒng)。在以下方面展開了研究工作:首先研究了領(lǐng)域本體概念及其關(guān)系的表達,構(gòu)建了母嬰知識的領(lǐng)域本體。在本體的構(gòu)建過程中,本文不僅對領(lǐng)域的概念分類關(guān)系進行表示,而且強調(diào)對實體屬性的描述。利用句子依存語法分析將自然語言的主謂賓關(guān)系與本體中的主謂賓關(guān)系進行映射。其次,研究了領(lǐng)域本體的概念相似度計算方法,對基于本體的概念相似度算法提出改進。以往計算本體的概念相似度所提到的“概念”對應(yīng)本體中的類或?qū)嶓w,本文根據(jù)構(gòu)建的領(lǐng)域本體,設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)了本體中的類、實體和屬性的相似度計算方法,實現(xiàn)了概念之間的非分類關(guān)系的語義相似度計算。最后,根據(jù)改進的概念相似度計算方法,提出了一種句子的本體擴展方法。該方法根據(jù)類的分類關(guān)系判斷刪除句子的冗余信息,并且根據(jù)類的非分類關(guān)系對句子的潛在信息進行擴展。最后結(jié)合VSM算法,進行句子的相似度計算,建立了可對母嬰商品和相關(guān)知識查詢的問答系統(tǒng)。目前該算法模型已成功應(yīng)用于青島市海爾軟件智能客服問答系統(tǒng)HelloOWN中。使用母嬰本體后,該系統(tǒng)在語義分析方面取得了良好效果。
[Abstract]:At present, domestic e-commerce platform enterprises and businesses mainly rely on customer service personnel to solve users' pre-sale and post-sale questions. In order to reduce the workload of customer service and improve the efficiency of the system, this paper combines the common questions and domain knowledge of users to build a knowledge base to realize the customer service question and answer system. At present, the application of domain ontology in question answering system is mainly reflected in the classification of domain concepts, and lacks the semantic understanding and processing of user questions. Taking the mother and child domain as an example, this paper analyzes the chat records of the customer service system, constructs the domain ontology and FAQ library, and focuses on the research and improvement of the attribute description and attribute similarity calculation method of the domain ontology to the entity, and realizes the customer service automatic question and answer system based on the domain ontology. The research work has been carried out in the following aspects: firstly, the concept of domain ontology and the expression of its relationship are studied, and the domain ontology of maternal and infant knowledge is constructed. In the process of ontology construction, this paper not only represents the conceptual classification relationship of domain, but also emphasizes the description of entity attribute. Sentence dependent grammar analysis is used to map the subject-predicate-object relationship of natural language with the subject-predicate-object relationship in ontology. Secondly, the concept similarity calculation method of domain ontology is studied, and the ontology-based concept similarity algorithm is improved. In the past, the "concept" mentioned in calculating the concept similarity of ontology corresponds to the class or entity in ontology. According to the constructed domain ontology, this paper designs and implements the similarity calculation method of class, entity and attribute in ontology, and realizes the semantic similarity calculation of non-classification relationship between concepts. Finally, according to the improved concept similarity calculation method, a sentence ontology extension method is proposed. This method judges the redundant information of deleted sentences according to the classification relationship of the class, and extends the potential information of the sentence according to the non-classification relationship of the class. Finally, combined with VSM algorithm, the similarity of sentences is calculated, and a question and answer system which can query maternal and infant goods and related knowledge is established. At present, the algorithm model has been successfully applied to Qingdao Haier software intelligent customer service question answering system HelloOWN. After using maternal and infant ontology, the system has achieved good results in semantic analysis.
