項目管理在制造企業(yè)開展B2C電子商務的應用研究

【摘要】:2008年出現(xiàn)的世界金融危機給中國制造業(yè)帶來了很大的災難,使很多的企業(yè)處于瀕臨破產(chǎn)的邊緣。中國制造業(yè)的最大優(yōu)勢在于人工成本的低廉,,但是金融危機導致的需求減少并有沒給中國企業(yè)帶來多少競爭優(yōu)勢。很多的企業(yè)在想方設法壓縮成本的同時,也對傳統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)品營銷模式進行了思考,并將近幾年剛興起的B2C電子商務應用到實際的企業(yè)管理營銷過程中,使企業(yè)的發(fā)展出現(xiàn)了一片新的天地。 將項目管理相關理論移植到企業(yè)電子商務運作項目中,這不但提高了企業(yè)信息化建設的步伐,而且更能有針對性地開展項目工作,發(fā)揮項目管理對資源的高度配置功能。特別是對于一個新成立的企業(yè)來說,有限資源導致的資源分配不均衡更容易制約公司的發(fā)展和項目的進展。當前中國民營企業(yè)普遍存在融資困難的局面,通過項目化管理來提高資金的利用效率,對于提高企業(yè)資源的合理配置程度具有非常積極的作用。因此,在民營企業(yè)中大力推廣項目管理理論在實際工作的具體應用有助于民營企業(yè)提高管理水平,促進公司產(chǎn)品的品牌化建設,加快公司的市場化戰(zhàn)略步伐。 廣州市天逸貿(mào)易有限公司作為一家剛成立的服裝貿(mào)易企業(yè),在2008年的世界金融危機中遭遇到了重重困難,公司高層領導有感于金融危機給制造業(yè)所帶的巨大影響,毅然決定開展B2C電子商務運營模式來打開公司產(chǎn)品在網(wǎng)絡市場上的銷路。通過公司全體工作人員半年多的努力,公司產(chǎn)品的整個銷售過程實現(xiàn)了信息化管理,B2C電子商務平臺的使用更是幫助公司逐步走出困境,運行成本的大幅降低,使得公司產(chǎn)品在網(wǎng)購市場和實體店的銷售額都出現(xiàn)了明顯增長。通過廣州市天逸貿(mào)易有限公司開展B2C電子商務項目化運作的案例,使我們意識到B2C電子商務在企業(yè)管理營銷方面是傳統(tǒng)運營模式的有力補充和互助。通過項目管理與B2C電子商務相結合,真正幫助企業(yè)實現(xiàn)跨越式發(fā)展,增強了企業(yè)的抗風險能力,為企業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展提供了新的動力。
[Abstract]:The world financial crisis in 2008 brought great disaster to China's manufacturing industry and put many enterprises on the verge of bankruptcy. The biggest advantage of China's manufacturing industry lies in its low labor costs, but the decline in demand caused by the financial crisis has not brought much competitive advantage to Chinese companies. Many enterprises not only try their best to reduce the cost, but also think about the traditional product marketing mode, and apply the B2C e-commerce to the actual enterprise management and marketing process in recent years. So that the development of enterprises appeared a new world. The project management theory is transplanted into the enterprise e-commerce operation project, which not only improves the step of the enterprise information construction, but also can carry out the project work more pertinently and give full play to the high allocation function of the project management to the resources. Especially for a new enterprise, the imbalance of resource allocation caused by limited resources is more likely to restrict the development of the company and the progress of the project. At present, there are difficulties in financing in private enterprises in China. It is very positive to improve the efficiency of capital utilization through project-based management, which plays a very positive role in improving the rational allocation of enterprise resources. Therefore, popularizing the specific application of project management theory in private enterprises is helpful to improve the management level of private enterprises, promote the brand construction of company products, and accelerate the marketing strategy of the company. Guangzhou Tianyi Trading Co., Ltd., as a newly established clothing trading enterprise, encountered many difficulties in the 2008 world financial crisis, and the senior leaders of the company felt the tremendous impact of the financial crisis on the manufacturing industry. Resolutely decided to develop B2C e-commerce operation model to open up the company's products in the network market. Through more than half a year's efforts of all the staff of the company, the whole sales process of the company's products has realized information management. The use of B2C e-commerce platform has also helped the company to step out of the predicament and greatly reduce the operating cost. So that the company's products in the online shopping market and physical stores have seen a significant increase in sales. Through the case of B2C e-commerce project operation carried out by Guangzhou Tianyi Trading Co., Ltd, we realize that B2C e-commerce is a powerful supplement and mutual aid to the traditional operation mode in the aspect of enterprise management and marketing. Through the combination of project management and B2C e-commerce, it really helps enterprises to achieve leap-forward development, enhances the enterprise's ability to resist risks, and provides a new impetus for the rapid development of enterprises.
