電子商務(wù)提升黑龍江中小企業(yè)跨國經(jīng)營競爭力的研究

【摘要】:隨著信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,電子商務(wù)逐步踏入全球經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易舞臺。電子商務(wù)以網(wǎng)絡(luò)為傳播媒介,比起傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)模式,擁有低成本、高效率、系統(tǒng)化等等優(yōu)勢所在,對中小企業(yè)的國際化進(jìn)程產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)的影響。后危機(jī)時代,世界經(jīng)濟(jì)體系的變革調(diào)整不斷加劇,這對中小企業(yè)的跨國經(jīng)營提出了更高的要求。中小企業(yè)在跨國經(jīng)營活動中,往往面對著融資渠道狹窄、信息收集效率低下、抵御風(fēng)險能力不足等諸多劣勢,電子商務(wù)的應(yīng)用卻為其帶來了嶄新的機(jī)遇。經(jīng)過飛速發(fā)展,電子商務(wù)已被規(guī)劃為國家大力培育的戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,成為廣大中小企業(yè)控制經(jīng)營成本、提升管理效率、拓寬海外市場以及創(chuàng)新運營模式的有力手段,是提升跨國經(jīng)營競爭力、促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的重要途徑,對于中小企業(yè)開展跨國經(jīng)營具有非常重要的作用。因此,黑龍江中小企業(yè)應(yīng)充分利用電子商務(wù)尋求自身發(fā)展,提升企業(yè)跨國經(jīng)營競爭力。 本文主要從企業(yè)跨國經(jīng)營競爭力相關(guān)理論、比較優(yōu)勢理論及其變遷、小規(guī)模技術(shù)理論出發(fā),理論分析與實證分析相結(jié)合,對中小企業(yè)跨國經(jīng)營競爭力現(xiàn)狀及電子商務(wù)提升中小企業(yè)跨國經(jīng)營競爭力的作用機(jī)理進(jìn)行分析,并探討了電子商務(wù)提升中小企業(yè)跨國經(jīng)營競爭力的實現(xiàn)機(jī)制。通過對黑龍江中小企業(yè)跨國經(jīng)營及應(yīng)用電子商務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀分析總結(jié)黑龍江中小企業(yè)跨國經(jīng)營應(yīng)用電子商務(wù)所存在的問題,包括宏觀規(guī)劃和遠(yuǎn)期戰(zhàn)略預(yù)測、競爭意識、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、社會配套服務(wù)體系、專業(yè)人才儲備上存在的問題。通過建立中小企業(yè)跨國經(jīng)營競爭力評價指標(biāo)體系,構(gòu)建跨國經(jīng)營競爭力評價模型,對黑龍江中小企業(yè)跨國經(jīng)營競爭力進(jìn)行實證分析。黑龍江中小企業(yè)應(yīng)用電子商務(wù)提高跨國經(jīng)營競爭力,應(yīng)從政府層面、行業(yè)層面、企業(yè)層面三個方面提出提升黑龍江省中小企業(yè)跨國經(jīng)營競爭力的實施對策。電子商務(wù)提升黑龍江省中小企業(yè)跨國經(jīng)營競爭力的研究,有利于黑龍江省擴(kuò)大沿邊開放,培育對外經(jīng)貿(mào)合作競爭新優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, e-commerce is stepping into the stage of global economy and trade. E-commerce takes the network as the medium of communication, has the advantage of low cost, high efficiency, systematization and so on, compared with the traditional business model, which has a profound impact on the internationalization process of small and medium-sized enterprises. In the post-crisis era, the transformation and adjustment of the world economic system has been intensified, which puts forward higher requirements for the transnational management of small and medium-sized enterprises. In the transnational operation, SMEs often face many disadvantages, such as narrow financing channels, low efficiency of information collection, insufficient ability to resist risks and so on. However, the application of electronic commerce has brought them new opportunities. After rapid development, electronic commerce has been planned as one of the strategic emerging industries cultivated by the country. It has become a powerful means for small and medium-sized enterprises to control operating costs, improve management efficiency, broaden overseas markets and innovate operation models. It is an important way to improve the competitiveness of transnational operation and promote the sustainable development of economy. It plays a very important role in the transnational operation of small and medium-sized enterprises. Therefore, Heilongjiang small and medium-sized enterprises should make full use of e-commerce to seek their own development and enhance their transnational management competitiveness. This paper mainly starts from the theories of transnational competitiveness, comparative advantage theory and its changes, small scale technology theory, theoretical analysis and empirical analysis. This paper analyzes the present situation of transnational management competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises and the function mechanism of electronic commerce to enhance the transnational management competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises, and probes into the realization mechanism of electronic commerce to enhance the transnational management competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises. By analyzing the current situation of transnational management and application of electronic commerce in Heilongjiang small and medium-sized enterprises, the paper summarizes the existing problems of transnational management and application of electronic commerce in Heilongjiang small and medium-sized enterprises, including macro planning and long-term strategic prediction, competitive consciousness, infrastructure, etc. Social supporting service system, professional talent reserve problems. Through establishing the evaluation index system of transnational management competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises and constructing the evaluation model of transnational management competitiveness, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the transnational management competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises in Heilongjiang Province. In order to improve the transnational management competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises in Heilongjiang Province, the countermeasures should be put forward from three aspects: government level, industry level and enterprise level. The study of electronic commerce to enhance the transnational management competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises in Heilongjiang Province is beneficial to expand the border opening and foster the new competitive advantage of foreign trade and economic cooperation in Heilongjiang Province.
