WT物流公司運(yùn)輸管理優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:21世紀(jì)以來,在國家政策扶植下,我國物流業(yè)得到了長足發(fā)展,被公認(rèn)為企業(yè)“第三方利潤源泉”的第三方物流企業(yè)發(fā)展最為迅猛。第三方物流企業(yè)在降低企業(yè)運(yùn)營成本的同時(shí),還有效整合了社會(huì)零散資源,促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。由于加入門檻較低,第三方物流企業(yè)大量涌現(xiàn)。但伴隨而來的是企業(yè)競爭愈演愈烈,企業(yè)質(zhì)量良莠不齊,急待規(guī)范。WT物流公司正是在此背景下成立并發(fā)展,因此要保持企業(yè)的良性發(fā)展,需要對內(nèi)不斷優(yōu)化運(yùn)輸管理水平,提高運(yùn)輸效率。本文在對WT物流公司運(yùn)輸管理現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎(chǔ)上,指出其在運(yùn)輸管理中存在的問題,依據(jù)相關(guān)理論提出優(yōu)化策略,以期提高WT物流公司的運(yùn)輸管理能力。主要內(nèi)容如下:首先對文章中涉及到的理論做了闡述。包括第三方物流、運(yùn)輸?shù)亩x、供應(yīng)商選擇的基本方法、ahp層次分析法的基本原理、swot分析法等理論知識(shí)。其次概述了wt物流公司的運(yùn)輸業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀。通過現(xiàn)狀分析,從組織結(jié)構(gòu)和運(yùn)輸管控能力及運(yùn)輸效率方面發(fā)現(xiàn)問題。其中從資金利用率、駕駛員管理、供應(yīng)商合作、安全管理四個(gè)方面闡述運(yùn)輸管控能力有待加強(qiáng)。從運(yùn)輸流程,貨損貨差,滿裝滿載率三方面闡述運(yùn)輸效率有待提高。然后針對存在的問題,提出優(yōu)化策略。包括:調(diào)整現(xiàn)有組織結(jié)構(gòu);提高企業(yè)的管控能力:分別從資金利用率的提高,駕駛員的科學(xué)管理,供應(yīng)商選擇方法的改進(jìn)及安全防范和事故處理機(jī)制的建立四方面進(jìn)行優(yōu)化;運(yùn)輸效率的提高:提出了優(yōu)化運(yùn)輸流程,妥善處理貨損貨差,合理分配拋貨重貨的建議。最后對wt物流公司優(yōu)化現(xiàn)有問題需有的保障措施進(jìn)行了分析,包括實(shí)施品牌戰(zhàn)略;引進(jìn)管理人才;完善電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)三方面,為優(yōu)化措施的順利實(shí)施奠定基礎(chǔ)。本文的主要研究方法:廣泛閱讀國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn),領(lǐng)悟理論依據(jù)。同時(shí)理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,比如分析組織結(jié)構(gòu)時(shí)引入矩陣式組織結(jié)構(gòu)模型,分析供應(yīng)商選擇方法時(shí)采用AHP層次分析法,通過定性與定量分析相結(jié)合,對WT物流公司運(yùn)輸管理中需改進(jìn)的問題提出解決措施。
[Abstract]:Since the 21st century, with the support of national policies, the logistics industry in China has developed rapidly, and the third party logistics enterprises, which are recognized as the "source of third-party profits", are developing most rapidly. The third party logistics enterprise reduces the enterprise operation cost, but also effectively integrates the social scattered resources, promotes the economic development. Due to the low entry threshold, third-party logistics enterprises emerged in large numbers. However, with the fierce competition of enterprises, the quality of enterprises is mixed and the quality of enterprises needs to be standardized. WT logistics company is established and developed under this background. Therefore, in order to maintain the healthy development of enterprises, it is necessary to constantly optimize the level of transportation management in the enterprise. Improve the efficiency of transportation. On the basis of analyzing the current situation of transportation management of WT logistics company, this paper points out its problems in transportation management, and puts forward the optimization strategy according to the relevant theory, in order to improve the transportation management ability of WT logistics company. The main contents are as follows: firstly, the theory involved in the article is expounded. It includes the definition of third party logistics, the definition of transportation, the basic method of supplier selection, the basic principle of ahp analytic hierarchy process, the theory of swot analysis and so on. Secondly, it summarizes the current situation of wt logistics company's transportation business. Through the current situation analysis, from the organizational structure and transport management and control capacity and transport efficiency to identify problems. Among them, from four aspects of fund utilization, driver management, supplier cooperation, safety management, transport management capabilities need to be strengthened. The transportation efficiency needs to be improved from three aspects: the transportation flow, the poor cargo and the full load rate. Then, aiming at the existing problems, the optimization strategy is proposed. It includes: adjusting the existing organizational structure, improving the management ability of the enterprise: optimizing from four aspects: the improvement of the utilization rate of funds, the scientific management of the driver, the improvement of the supplier selection method, the safety prevention and the establishment of the accident handling mechanism; The improvement of transportation efficiency: the suggestion of optimizing the transportation flow, dealing with the loss of goods and distributing the heavy goods properly is put forward. Finally, the paper analyzes the existing problems of wt logistics company, including the implementation of brand strategy, the introduction of management personnel, and the improvement of e-commerce platform, laying the foundation for the smooth implementation of the optimization measures. The main research methods of this paper are as follows: read domestic and foreign literature extensively and comprehend the theoretical basis. At the same time, the theory is combined with practice, for example, the matrix organizational structure model is introduced when analyzing the organization structure, the AHP analytic hierarchy process is used to analyze the supplier selection method, and the qualitative and quantitative analysis are combined. To the WT logistics company transportation management need to improve the problem proposed the solution.
