云南大學旅游文化學院后勤維修管理系統(tǒng)研究與分析

【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)的高校后勤維修數(shù)據(jù)多是采用人工記錄或者電話報修,存在著報修信息的容易丟失,以及水電方面維修的不及時存在的安全隱患、手續(xù)繁瑣以及不易統(tǒng)計等問題,且隨著學院規(guī)模的不斷擴大和現(xiàn)有設施的不斷老化,后勤報修維修的工作量也將不斷的增大,因此傳統(tǒng)的報修維修方式已不能滿足擴大高校規(guī)模后對學校后勤部門報修維修管理的需求。而在計算機的日益普及和電子商務蓬勃發(fā)展的時代,管理系統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)絡化和信息化已成為大勢所趨,因此基于計算機技術和數(shù)據(jù)庫技術的高校后勤維修管理系統(tǒng)的建立具有很大的實際意義和應用價值。本文闡述了云南大學旅游文化學院后勤維修管理系統(tǒng)的背景和意義,同時研究了現(xiàn)狀,明確了論文研究的主要內容;其次,本文分析了組織機構、業(yè)務問題、業(yè)務流程、業(yè)務人員等問題,給出了優(yōu)化后的業(yè)務流程;再次,論文通過用例分析和用例描述,明確了系統(tǒng)的功能,給出了系統(tǒng)的總體功能包圖和子功能包圖,包括報修維修管理、倉庫管理、采購管理、付款管理、查詢統(tǒng)計管理等子包圖;在數(shù)據(jù)分析中,處理分析了論文對系統(tǒng)報修維修管理、倉庫管理、采購管理、收付款管理、查詢統(tǒng)計管理等功能,并根據(jù)上述分析給出了實體類關系圖,建立了相應的數(shù)據(jù)庫表結構;最后對所做的研究與分析工作進行了總結和展望。
[Abstract]:The traditional data of logistics maintenance in colleges and universities are mostly manual records or telephone reports. There are many problems such as the easy loss of repair information, the untimely security hidden trouble in the maintenance of water and electricity, the cumbersome procedures and the difficulty of statistics, and so on. And with the constant expansion of the scale of the college and the aging of the existing facilities, the workload of the logistics service and maintenance will continue to increase. Therefore, the traditional method of repair and maintenance can not meet the needs of the university logistics department after the expansion of the scale of repair and maintenance management. With the increasing popularity of computers and the booming development of electronic commerce, the network and information of management systems have become the trend of the times. Therefore, the establishment of university logistics maintenance management system based on computer technology and database technology has great practical significance and application value. This paper expounds the background and significance of the logistics maintenance management system of the School of Tourism Culture of Yunnan University, studies the present situation, and clarifies the main contents of the paper. Secondly, this paper analyzes the organization, business problems, business processes, Thirdly, through the use case analysis and use case description, the function of the system is clarified, and the overall function package diagram and sub-function package diagram of the system are given, including the repair and maintenance management. Warehouse management, purchase management, payment management, query statistics management, etc. In the data analysis, the functions of the paper, such as system repair and maintenance management, warehouse management, procurement management, payment collection management, query statistics management, etc. According to the above analysis, the entity class diagram is given, and the corresponding database table structure is established. Finally, the research and analysis work done is summarized and prospected.
