【摘要】：全球經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展有兩大趨勢(shì),一是經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化,一是區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化。繼WTO之后,自貿(mào)區(qū)成為世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的最新潮流,成為我國(guó)新時(shí)期經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的新戰(zhàn)略。港口發(fā)展作為我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要組成部分,肩負(fù)著新時(shí)期戰(zhàn)略開(kāi)拓的重大歷史使命。天津與新加坡、香港、上海等國(guó)際知名港口的主要差別就是少了一個(gè)自由港或自貿(mào)區(qū)政策。2013年上海實(shí)行自貿(mào)區(qū)政策后,在國(guó)際中轉(zhuǎn)、國(guó)際物流、貿(mào)易、金融、加工等領(lǐng)域都得到很大的發(fā)展空間,可以說(shuō)自貿(mào)區(qū)對(duì)上海港的發(fā)展有巨大的推動(dòng)作用�，F(xiàn)在天津港也迎來(lái)了自貿(mào)區(qū)建設(shè)的政策春風(fēng),如何抓住機(jī)會(huì),提升港口的綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力顯得尤為重要。本文在總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外自貿(mào)區(qū)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合天津港發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及天津自貿(mào)區(qū)政策的實(shí)際情況,分析了天津自貿(mào)區(qū)建設(shè)對(duì)天津港發(fā)展的影響。通過(guò)專家訪談和查閱相關(guān)資料,選取了9個(gè)影響因素進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),通過(guò)發(fā)放調(diào)查問(wèn)卷的方式收集相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)。數(shù)據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)時(shí),用層次分析法定權(quán)重,用模糊評(píng)價(jià)法進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),選出相對(duì)重要的影響因素進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的闡述。最后,根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,有針對(duì)性的提出了自貿(mào)區(qū)視覺(jué)下天津港的發(fā)展策略。
[Abstract]:There are two major trends in global economic development, one is economic globalization, the other is regional economic integration. After WTO, Free Trade area has become the latest trend of world economic development and the new strategy of economic globalization in the new period of our country. As an important part of national economic development, port development shoulders the important historical mission of strategic development in the new period. The main difference between Tianjin and other internationally famous ports such as Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai is the absence of a free port or free trade zone policy. After the implementation of the free trade zone policy in Shanghai in 2013, Tianjin has international transit, international logistics, trade, and finance. Processing and other fields have a lot of room for development, it can be said that the free trade zone has a huge role in promoting the development of Shanghai Port. Now Tianjin Port also ushered in the policy of free trade zone construction, how to seize the opportunity to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the port is particularly important. On the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign research results of the Free Trade area, combining the present situation of Tianjin Port's development and the actual situation of Tianjin's free trade area policy, this paper analyzes the influence of the construction of Tianjin's free trade area on the development of Tianjin Port. Through expert interviews and consulting relevant materials, 9 factors were selected to evaluate, and the relevant data were collected by issuing questionnaires. When the data is evaluated, the weight is determined by AHP and the fuzzy evaluation method is used to select the relative important influencing factors to be expounded in detail. Finally, according to the evaluation results, the paper puts forward the development strategy of Tianjin Port under the vision of Free Trade area.
