【摘要】：隨著國(guó)際貿(mào)易和跨境電子商務(wù)的快速發(fā)展,海關(guān)稅收監(jiān)管和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)決策需要考慮越來越多的數(shù)據(jù)來源,在傳統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)化數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)之上,還需要進(jìn)一步提取和分析非結(jié)構(gòu)化數(shù)據(jù)。圖像文檔是海關(guān)非結(jié)構(gòu)化數(shù)據(jù)的一個(gè)重要來源,從中提取有用信息,對(duì)海關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)開展具有重要意義。本文主要對(duì)商品條碼照片、報(bào)關(guān)隨附單據(jù)兩種圖像文檔進(jìn)行了著重分析。針對(duì)商品條碼的檢測(cè)和識(shí)別問題,本文首先提出了一種快速的彩色二維碼(彩碼)檢測(cè)方法。該方法將彩碼原型視為一組4或8種顏色方塊組成的矩形區(qū)域。我們首先利用一種基于顏色差異的交叉點(diǎn)檢測(cè)算子檢測(cè)彩碼圖像中存在的交叉點(diǎn),同時(shí)利用二值化和連通區(qū)域分析方法產(chǎn)生彩碼候選區(qū)域。候選區(qū)域包含的交叉點(diǎn)大于一定數(shù)量,且滿足一定的形狀特征條件,則被認(rèn)為是彩碼區(qū)域。對(duì)于在自建的約600張彩碼照片數(shù)據(jù)集上,該方法在取得較高的準(zhǔn)確率基礎(chǔ)上同時(shí)保證了高效率和健壯性。針對(duì)文中提出的彩碼原型,本文同時(shí)提出了其對(duì)應(yīng)的規(guī)格推斷方法。該方法首先對(duì)檢測(cè)到的彩碼區(qū)域進(jìn)行投影變換,然后提取邊緣信息,通過分析邊緣之間的距離關(guān)系最終得到彩碼的規(guī)格及對(duì)應(yīng)的顏色值矩陣。該方法對(duì)平整表面上較清晰彩碼圖像具有較好的效果。針對(duì)報(bào)關(guān)隨附單據(jù)的預(yù)處理問題,本文改進(jìn)了一種基于一維卷積的掃描單據(jù)線段檢測(cè)方法。該方法首先使用一個(gè)環(huán)形中值濾波器消除圖像中的塊狀前景區(qū)域,然后分別在水平和垂直方向上進(jìn)行一維卷積并歸一化。繼續(xù)對(duì)得到的卷積圖像進(jìn)行二值化處理、連通區(qū)域分析和特征提取,最后使用SVM進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練,并對(duì)檢測(cè)到的線段進(jìn)行正確性判斷。該方法在55張真實(shí)單據(jù)圖像上同時(shí)取得了較高的準(zhǔn)確率和召回率。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of international trade and cross-border e-commerce, customs tax supervision and risk decision-making need to consider more and more data sources. On the basis of traditional structured data, it is necessary to extract and analyze unstructured data. Information is of great significance to the development of customs business.This paper mainly analyzes the barcode photos and the accompanying documents of customs declaration.Aiming at the detection and recognition of barcode,a fast color two-dimensional code(color code) detection method is proposed in this paper.The method regards the color code prototype as a group of four or eight kinds. We first detect the intersections in color coded images by using a crosspoint detection operator based on color difference, and then generate candidate regions by using binarization and connected region analysis. For the self-built 600 color-coded photo datasets, this method guarantees high efficiency and robustness on the basis of high accuracy. For the color-coded prototype proposed in this paper, the corresponding specification inference method is also proposed. Shadow transform is used to extract the edge information, and the size of the color code and the corresponding color value matrix are obtained by analyzing the distance relationship between the edges. This method has a good effect on the clear color code image on the flat surface. Segment detection method. Firstly, a ring median filter is used to eliminate the block foreground region in the image, and then one-dimensional convolution and normalization are carried out in horizontal and vertical directions respectively. The correctness of the line segment is judged. The method achieves high accuracy and recall rate simultaneously on 55 real document images.
