跨境電子商務(wù)與我國企業(yè)全球價值鏈地位提升

【摘要】:跨境電子商務(wù)通過優(yōu)化傳統(tǒng)貿(mào)易流程、創(chuàng)新貿(mào)易模式,有效改善了貿(mào)易生態(tài)環(huán)境、制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理和區(qū)域貿(mào)易失衡等傳統(tǒng)貿(mào)易方式的弊端,為我國貿(mào)易的價值鏈升級提供了新路徑。在此背景下,本文認為政府應(yīng)將跨境電子商務(wù)發(fā)展上升至深化對外開放的戰(zhàn)略定位,完善跨境電子商務(wù)生態(tài)環(huán)境配套措施;企業(yè)應(yīng)通過跨境電子商務(wù)模式創(chuàng)新,整合海外倉資源,并利用移動端數(shù)據(jù)加強對出口市場環(huán)境和需求的研究,開發(fā)并提供新的增值服務(wù),實現(xiàn)消費者驅(qū)動模式,提升我國出口產(chǎn)品的附加值。
[Abstract]:By optimizing traditional trade processes and innovating trade patterns, cross-border e-commerce has effectively improved the trade ecological environment, the irrational industrial structure of the manufacturing industry, and the shortcomings of traditional trade patterns, such as regional trade imbalances. It provides a new way to upgrade the value chain of China's trade. In this context, this paper holds that the government should promote the development of cross-border e-commerce to the strategic orientation of deepening the opening to the outside world, improve the ecological environment of cross-border e-commerce, and enterprises should innovate the mode of cross-border e-commerce. Integrating overseas warehouse resources and using mobile data to strengthen the research on export market environment and demand, to develop and provide new value-added services, to realize the consumer-driven model, and to enhance the added value of China's export products.
