泉州中小企業(yè)電子商務(wù)模式研究

【摘要】:電子商務(wù)作為信息化進(jìn)程中的必然產(chǎn)物,對(duì)于企業(yè)的發(fā)展壯大甚至一國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展正起到越來越重要的作用。中小企業(yè)在我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的重要地位不言而喻,中小企業(yè)的數(shù)量占到我國(guó)企業(yè)總數(shù)的百分之九十以上,貢獻(xiàn)了超過55%的國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值。然而,與大型企業(yè)相比,中小企業(yè)資金薄弱,抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力差的等弱點(diǎn)一直以來都是阻礙其不斷發(fā)展壯大的重要原因,中小企業(yè)面臨著巨大的生存壓力。泉州市已有超過12萬的各類民營(yíng)企業(yè),泉州的企業(yè)中有百分之九十八以上是中小企業(yè),中小企業(yè)的產(chǎn)值在全市中所占比重高達(dá)百分之九十二以上。自此泉州成為典型的以“市場(chǎng)調(diào)節(jié)為主、外向型經(jīng)濟(jì)為主、股份合作制為主、多種經(jīng)濟(jì)成分共同發(fā)展”為主兼具僑鄉(xiāng)特色的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)!笆晃濉币詠,泉州市積極引導(dǎo)廣大企業(yè)發(fā)展電子商務(wù),培育網(wǎng)上營(yíng)銷新模式,全市電子商務(wù)應(yīng)用規(guī)模和發(fā)展水平逐步提高,成為泉州市經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的新亮點(diǎn)。本文主要闡述泉州中小企業(yè)如何正確的選擇電子商務(wù)模式,本文共分為六章。第一章闡述本文選題的背景、意義以及本文研究的目的、思路及框架等;第二章闡述國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)于電子商務(wù)及其模式的研究成果;第三章主要闡述了泉州中小企業(yè)發(fā)展電子商務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀,根據(jù)現(xiàn)在分析出泉州中小企業(yè)發(fā)展電子商務(wù)存在的問題;第四章是本文的核心部分,主要闡述泉州中小企業(yè)電子商務(wù)模式如何選擇,首先對(duì)十一種電子商務(wù)模式進(jìn)行比較分析,再結(jié)合電子商務(wù)模式選擇的三個(gè)影響因素,得出適合泉州中小企業(yè)的電子商務(wù)模式有:第三方平臺(tái)、ASP模式、協(xié)作平臺(tái),最后對(duì)于泉州中小企業(yè)選擇電子商務(wù)模式提出相應(yīng)的建議;第五章闡述的是案例分析,文本將泉州一家中小企業(yè)開展第三方電子商務(wù)的過程進(jìn)行分析,印證第四章提出的建議;最后第六章是本文的結(jié)論和展望。本文通過闡述、分析、論證,得出目前最適合泉州中小企業(yè)的電子商務(wù)模式是第三方平臺(tái),并且選擇一家典型的泉州中小企業(yè)進(jìn)行實(shí)際結(jié)合理論的方式來印證該結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Electronic commerce, as an inevitable product in the process of informatization, is playing a more and more important role in the development of enterprises and even the economic development of a country. The important position of small and medium-sized enterprises in the development of our national economy is self-evident. The number of small and medium-sized enterprises accounts for more than 90% of the total number of enterprises in our country and contributes more than 55% of the gross domestic product (GDP). However, compared with large enterprises, the weakness of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), such as weak funds and poor ability to resist risks, has been an important reason for their continuous development and growth, and SMEs are facing enormous survival pressure. Quanzhou has more than 120000 kinds of private enterprises, and over 98% of the enterprises in Quanzhou are small and medium-sized enterprises. The output value of small and medium-sized enterprises accounts for more than 92% in the whole city. Since then, Quanzhou has become a typical regional economy with the characteristics of "market regulation, export-oriented economy, stock cooperative system and common development of various economic elements". Since the 11th Five-Year Plan, Quanzhou has actively guided the majority of enterprises to develop electronic commerce and cultivated a new mode of online marketing. The application scale and development level of electronic commerce in Quanzhou have been gradually improved, which has become a new bright spot in the economic and social development of Quanzhou. This paper mainly expounds how to choose the right mode of e-commerce for Quanzhou medium-sized and small-sized enterprises, which is divided into six chapters. The first chapter describes the background, significance, purpose, train of thought and framework of this paper, the second chapter describes the domestic and foreign scholars on e-commerce and its model research results; The third chapter mainly elaborated the Quanzhou small and medium-sized enterprise development electronic commerce present situation, according to the analysis now the Quanzhou small and medium-sized enterprise development electronic commerce existence question; the fourth chapter is the core part of this article, This paper mainly expounds how to choose the electronic commerce mode of Quanzhou small and medium-sized enterprises. Firstly, it makes a comparative analysis of 11 kinds of electronic commerce models, and then combines the three influencing factors of the choice of electronic commerce mode. Get suitable for Quanzhou small and medium-sized enterprises e-commerce model are: third party platform ASP mode, collaboration platform, finally for Quanzhou small and medium-sized enterprises to choose the electronic commerce mode of the corresponding recommendations; the fifth chapter is the case study, The text analyzes the process of a small and medium-sized enterprise in Quanzhou to carry out third party electronic commerce, and confirms the suggestions put forward in the fourth chapter. Finally, the sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect of this paper. Through expounding, analyzing and demonstrating, this paper draws the conclusion that the most suitable electronic commerce mode of Quanzhou small and medium-sized enterprises is the third party platform, and chooses a typical Quanzhou small and medium-sized enterprise to carry on the actual combination theory way to confirm this conclusion.
