【摘要】：電子商務(wù)是近年來市場經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的焦點(diǎn)和熱點(diǎn),其建設(shè)已經(jīng)成為行業(yè)內(nèi)備受關(guān)注的課題。以項(xiàng)目管理的思維和方法,規(guī)劃、建設(shè)、管理電子商務(wù)平臺(tái),不僅能夠有效地解決實(shí)際工作中存在的問題,而且有利于平臺(tái)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的成功和網(wǎng)絡(luò)公司的健康成長。本文通過對湖北智慧農(nóng)村網(wǎng)“田園超市”平臺(tái)建設(shè)管理過程的分析,結(jié)合項(xiàng)目管理理論,論述了電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理的基本思想。通過學(xué)習(xí)項(xiàng)目管理基本理論和IT項(xiàng)目管理理論,從項(xiàng)目系統(tǒng)分析、組織設(shè)計(jì)、計(jì)劃制定、實(shí)施控制和管理、項(xiàng)目信息管理五個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)入手,利用工程系統(tǒng)分解結(jié)構(gòu)(EBS,Engine ering Breakdown Structure)、項(xiàng)目分解結(jié)構(gòu)(WBS,Work Breakdown Struct ure)等方法,利用甘特圖、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)條目檢查識別法等管理工具。以實(shí)例研究的方式,對湖北智慧農(nóng)村網(wǎng)“田園超市”電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)建設(shè)實(shí)施的完整過程進(jìn)行論述,探討了軟件項(xiàng)目管理應(yīng)注重的關(guān)鍵問題和應(yīng)遵循的規(guī)范。網(wǎng)站平臺(tái)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理的實(shí)行,能夠強(qiáng)化管理,改善經(jīng)營機(jī)制,提高網(wǎng)站質(zhì)量,促進(jìn)資金合理運(yùn)用,降低經(jīng)營風(fēng)險(xiǎn),提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:E-commerce is the focus and hotspot of market economy development in recent years. With the thinking and method of project management, planning, building and managing the electronic commerce platform can not only effectively solve the problems existing in the actual work, but also benefit the success of the platform construction project and the healthy growth of the network company. Based on the analysis of the construction and management process of the "rural supermarket" platform in Hubei Wisdom Rural Network, and the project management theory, this paper discusses the basic ideas of the construction project management of the E-commerce platform. By studying the basic theory of project management and the theory of IT project management, this paper starts with five links: project system analysis, organization design, plan formulation, implementation control and management, and project information management. In this paper, we use the methods of EBSN engine ering Breakdown Structure), project decomposition Breakdown Struct ure), Gantt chart, risk item checking and identifying method and other management tools. In this paper, the author discusses the complete process of the construction and implementation of the E-commerce platform of Hubei Wisdom Rural Network "Garden supermarket", and probes into the key problems and norms to be followed in the software project management. The implementation of website platform construction project management can strengthen the management, improve the management mechanism, improve the quality of the website, promote the rational use of funds, reduce the risk of operation and increase economic benefits.
