【摘要】：電子商務在我國的發(fā)展已經(jīng)經(jīng)歷了近15年的時間,這期間我國電子商務發(fā)展勢頭迅猛并逐漸形成了良好發(fā)展的態(tài)勢。根據(jù)商務部電子商務司的測算,2014年全年我國電子商務交易額達到了近13萬億元,同比增長25%。2013年電子商務的網(wǎng)絡零售市場交易額己占到社會消費品零售總額的7.8%。 隨著我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展進入“新常態(tài)”,在新的形勢下創(chuàng)新將成為未來很長一段時間內(nèi)促進我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的新動力。電子商務本身所具有的創(chuàng)新優(yōu)勢,勢必將突顯出來。因此,在“新常態(tài)”下電子商務與傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)結合發(fā)展的創(chuàng)新模式,將帶給我們無限的可能。國務院總理李克強提出“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”行動計劃,作為互聯(lián)網(wǎng)重要衍生物的電子商務,對其而言就是“電子商務+”。這主要包括“電子商務+傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)”、“電子商務+金融”、“電子商務+新型城鎮(zhèn)化”、以及“電子商務+進出口”這幾個方面。這是本文主要從這幾點分析的電子商務未來戰(zhàn)略問題。 在電子商務快速發(fā)展,并逐漸對經(jīng)濟起到重要作用的同時,我國完善電子商務的體制保障工作也正在逐步推進。目前已經(jīng)形成了一系列的政策措施與相關法律。但在面對新形式的條件下,目前所做的工作還遠遠不夠,甚至很多方面還沒有涉及到。因此,文章將在分析我國目前的保障體制的前提下,著重從信用制度、稅收制度、以及安全保障制度這幾個重要方面下手,分析目前對建立良好的電子商務體制保障應做的工作。
[Abstract]:The development of electronic commerce in our country has been going through nearly 15 years. During this period, the development momentum of electronic commerce in our country is swift and violent and has gradually formed a good development trend. According to the estimate of E-commerce Department of the Ministry of Commerce, the total amount of e-commerce transactions in China reached nearly 13 trillion yuan in 2014, which accounted for 7.8% of the total retail sales of consumer goods in 2013. As China's economic development enters the "new normal", innovation in the new situation will become a new driving force to promote the economic development of our country for a long time in the future. E-commerce itself has the innovation advantage, certainly will highlight. Therefore, under the new normal, the innovation mode of the combination of electronic commerce and traditional industry will bring us infinite possibilities. State Council Prime Minister Li Keqiang put forward the "Internet" action plan, as an important derivative of the Internet e-commerce, it is called "e-commerce." This mainly includes the traditional industry of electronic commerce, the finance of electronic commerce, the new urbanization of electronic commerce, and the import and export of electronic commerce. This is the article mainly from these points to analyze the future strategy of e-commerce. With the rapid development of electronic commerce, and gradually playing an important role in the economy, the work of perfecting the system of electronic commerce in our country is also advancing step by step. At present has formed a series of policy measures and related laws. But in the face of the new form of conditions, the current work is far from enough, even many aspects have not been involved. Therefore, on the premise of analyzing the current security system in China, the article will focus on the credit system, the tax system, and the security system. This paper analyzes the work that should be done to establish a good e-commerce system at present.
