第三方電子商務(wù)平臺運用的影響因素研究

【摘要】:第三方電子商務(wù)平臺給對外貿(mào)易的中小企業(yè)提供了與大企業(yè)公平競爭的優(yōu)勢,在企業(yè)外部,通過第三方電子商務(wù)平臺的應(yīng)用,中小企業(yè)可以快速響應(yīng)市場,了解世界范圍的市場需求,同時也強化了中小企業(yè)與世界各國企業(yè)間的交流合作;在企業(yè)內(nèi)部,,強化了企業(yè)品牌的影響力、營銷水平和企業(yè)的信息化管理水平。因此近年來第三方電子商務(wù)平臺在我國得到了快速發(fā)展。但是我國外貿(mào)企業(yè)運用第三方電子商務(wù)平臺的總體比例仍然不高,有些外貿(mào)企業(yè)雖然已經(jīng)利用第三方電子商務(wù)平臺了,但是由于缺乏戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃、市場定位等方面的考慮收效甚微,因此企業(yè)在運用第三方電子商務(wù)平臺時往往具有以下困惑:一是本企業(yè)是否需要運用第三方電子商務(wù)平臺?本企業(yè)運用第三方電子商務(wù)平臺應(yīng)該考慮哪些因素?選擇第三方電子商務(wù)平臺時應(yīng)該參考哪些因素對平臺的好壞進行評價?本文針對以上問題,進行了理論和實證上的探索和研究。 本文在文獻(xiàn)綜述的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合對外貿(mào)易中小企業(yè)的實際情況,通過中小企業(yè)對外貿(mào)易業(yè)務(wù)流程分析,構(gòu)建了外貿(mào)企業(yè)利用第三方電子商務(wù)平臺優(yōu)化企業(yè)信息流模型,通過第三方電子商務(wù)平臺對企業(yè)貿(mào)易流程的優(yōu)化作用,確定了從企業(yè)自身和外部環(huán)境兩個方面尋找企業(yè)利用第三方電子商務(wù)平臺影響因素,接下來結(jié)合第三方電子商務(wù)平臺與企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略,通過一個博弈模型,確定了影響外貿(mào)企業(yè)利用第三方電子商務(wù)平臺的主要影響因素。后文中通過因子分析,得出了影響中小企業(yè)運用第三方電子商務(wù)平臺的公共因子并計算出了各自的權(quán)重,最后根據(jù)實證分析的結(jié)果,為對外貿(mào)易的中小企業(yè)提出了技術(shù)層面、企業(yè)層面以及政府層面的對策建議。 本研究旨在幫助中小企業(yè)在處理國際貿(mào)易流程或其他業(yè)務(wù)時,怎樣利用第三方電子商務(wù)平臺發(fā)現(xiàn)自身的機遇和優(yōu)勢,探討在中小企業(yè)運用第三方電子商務(wù)平臺時,主要受哪些因素影響,為廣大對外貿(mào)易的中小企業(yè)成功利用第三方電子商務(wù)平臺提供可行的管理方面和技術(shù)方面的對策建議。
[Abstract]:The third-party electronic commerce platform provides the advantage of fair competition with the large enterprises for small and medium-sized enterprises in foreign trade. Outside the enterprises, through the application of the third party electronic commerce platform, the small and medium-sized enterprises can respond to the market quickly. It also strengthens the communication and cooperation between small and medium-sized enterprises and enterprises all over the world, and strengthens the influence of enterprise brand, the level of marketing and the level of information management in the enterprise. Therefore, in recent years, the third-party e-commerce platform in China has been rapid development. However, the overall proportion of foreign trade enterprises in our country using third-party e-commerce platforms is still low. Although some foreign trade enterprises have already used third-party e-commerce platforms, due to the lack of strategic planning, Market positioning and other considerations have little effect, so enterprises in the use of third-party e-commerce platform often have the following confusion: first, is this enterprise need to use third-party e-commerce platform? What factors should this enterprise consider in the use of third-party e-commerce platform? When choosing a third-party e-commerce platform, what factors should be taken into account to evaluate the platform? In view of the above problems, this paper makes theoretical and empirical exploration and research. On the basis of literature review, combining with the actual situation of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises and analyzing the business process of foreign trade of small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper constructs a model for foreign trade enterprises to optimize the enterprise information flow by using the third party electronic commerce platform. Through the optimization function of the third-party e-commerce platform to the enterprise's trade process, this paper determines the factors that influence the enterprise's utilization of the third-party e-commerce platform from two aspects: the enterprise itself and the external environment. Then, combining the third-party e-commerce platform and enterprise strategy, through a game model, determine the main factors that affect foreign trade enterprises to use third-party e-commerce platform. In the following article, through factor analysis, the public factors affecting the use of third-party e-commerce platform for SMEs are obtained and their respective weights are calculated. Finally, according to the results of empirical analysis, the technical level is proposed for SMEs in foreign trade. The countermeasures and suggestions at the enterprise level and the government level. The purpose of this study is to help small and medium-sized enterprises find their own opportunities and advantages when dealing with international trade processes or other business. What are the main factors that influence the successful use of third-party e-commerce platform for the foreign trade SMEs to provide feasible management and technical aspects of countermeasures.
