【摘要】：現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)地產(chǎn)的發(fā)展處于工業(yè)地產(chǎn)向產(chǎn)業(yè)地產(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)型期,為充分響應(yīng)國(guó)家政策,積極配合地方政府進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型和升級(jí)需要,城市的產(chǎn)業(yè)聚焦區(qū)建設(shè)呈現(xiàn)一片熱潮。本文結(jié)合實(shí)踐,以廈門(mén)某跨境電商產(chǎn)業(yè)園升級(jí)改造項(xiàng)目為案例,評(píng)析論證現(xiàn)階段產(chǎn)業(yè)地產(chǎn)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)中園區(qū)建設(shè)優(yōu)化的途徑。
[Abstract]:At present, the development of industrial real estate in China is in the transition period of industrial real estate to industrial real estate. In order to fully respond to the national policy and actively cooperate with local government for industrial transformation and upgrading, the construction of industrial focus area in the city presents a upsurge. In this paper, a case of the upgrading and transformation of an e-commerce Industrial Park in Xiamen is taken as a case. This paper analyzes the ways to optimize the construction of industrial parks in the development trend of industrial real estate at this stage.
