【摘要】：苦水玫瑰作為蘭州市永登縣支柱型農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè),不僅種植面積大,而且加工的干鮮花、花苞、化妝品、玫瑰精油、酒飲、保健等產(chǎn)品,國(guó)內(nèi)外市場(chǎng)占有率都較高。因近年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)各行業(yè)市場(chǎng)萎縮,于是對(duì)如何進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)自身結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整以應(yīng)對(duì)目前市場(chǎng)壓力,對(duì)保障花農(nóng)自身利益以及促進(jìn)永登縣經(jīng)濟(jì)長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展具有重要意義。本調(diào)查研究主要以永登縣苦水玫瑰產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展自身現(xiàn)狀和問(wèn)題兩方面著手:通過(guò)走訪農(nóng)戶、企業(yè)、基層相關(guān)政府部門(mén),從永登縣苦水玫瑰產(chǎn)業(yè)在種植規(guī)模、技術(shù)資金、產(chǎn)業(yè)管理、內(nèi)部市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、產(chǎn)品研發(fā)、政府引導(dǎo)等方面進(jìn)行深入研究分析,最終提出合理性的建議作為參考和指導(dǎo)。調(diào)查研究取得以下結(jié)果:1.永登縣苦水玫瑰產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀。第一,種植規(guī)模已成氣候。全縣苦水玫瑰栽植面積約2700 hm2,栽植范圍已擴(kuò)展到永登縣紅城、龍泉、大同、柳樹(shù)、城關(guān)、樹(shù)屏、上川、連城、河橋等鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn);第二,產(chǎn)業(yè)已具規(guī)�！，F(xiàn)有玫瑰深加工龍頭企業(yè)6家,玫瑰精油加工企業(yè)達(dá)10余家,干花蕾加工點(diǎn)40多家,僅2016年加工能力達(dá)30000 t以上,生產(chǎn)玫瑰油600 kg,加工花蕾1000 t,生產(chǎn)糖漿50 t;第三,加工產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)銷(xiāo)懸殊。初級(jí)加工產(chǎn)品涉及新型化工產(chǎn)業(yè)、醫(yī)藥保健產(chǎn)品、食品酒飲以及日化美容等多個(gè)領(lǐng)域,產(chǎn)品種類(lèi)繁多,銷(xiāo)往全國(guó)各地以及許多國(guó)家和地區(qū),但總體而言銷(xiāo)量不大;第四,資質(zhì)認(rèn)證與時(shí)俱進(jìn)�，F(xiàn)已完成“苦水玫瑰原產(chǎn)地標(biāo)記注冊(cè)”、“苦水玫瑰證明商標(biāo)注冊(cè)”和中國(guó)(苦水)型玫瑰精油國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的頒布實(shí)施。2.永登縣苦水玫瑰產(chǎn)業(yè)目前存在的問(wèn)題。永登縣苦水玫瑰產(chǎn)業(yè)目前主要存在內(nèi)憂外患“雙重”壓力問(wèn)題。內(nèi)因方面體現(xiàn)在:基地建設(shè)規(guī)模小、新品種選育停滯、產(chǎn)業(yè)抱團(tuán)互補(bǔ)發(fā)展意識(shí)差、趨于原材料生產(chǎn)無(wú)科研創(chuàng)新、外部市場(chǎng)不精不強(qiáng)等問(wèn)題;外因方面主要體現(xiàn)在原產(chǎn)地依法保護(hù)工作滯后等問(wèn)題。3.對(duì)永登縣苦水玫瑰產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的建議。第一,加強(qiáng)新品種培育和重視種苗無(wú)毒繁育工作;第二,從栽植方式、栽植時(shí)間和修剪方式上提高栽培管理技術(shù)水平;第三,學(xué)習(xí)和借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)先進(jìn)的采后處理技術(shù),提高產(chǎn)品品質(zhì);第四,學(xué)習(xí)并引進(jìn)國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)深加工技術(shù)和設(shè)備,結(jié)合自身實(shí)際進(jìn)行新產(chǎn)品和深加工產(chǎn)品研發(fā),拓展領(lǐng)域,延伸產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈;第五,轉(zhuǎn)變營(yíng)銷(xiāo)理念。結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)貤l件,積極發(fā)展農(nóng)村電子商務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè),以行政村為單元建設(shè)服務(wù)點(diǎn)并搭建產(chǎn)業(yè)電商平臺(tái)。第六,調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),形成一、二、三產(chǎn)良性循環(huán)的新局面。
[Abstract]:As a pillar agricultural industry of Yongdeng County, Lanzhou City, Kushui Rose not only has a large planting area, but also has a high market share of dried flowers, bracts, cosmetics, rose essential oil, wine and drink, health care and so on. Due to the shrinking of domestic market in recent years, it is of great significance to adjust the industrial structure to deal with the current market pressure, to protect the farmers' own interests and to promote the long-term economic development of Yongdeng County. This investigation and research mainly focuses on the present situation and problems of the development of bitter water rose industry in Yongdeng County. By visiting farmers, enterprises and relevant government departments at the grass-roots level, the paper starts with the planting scale and technical funds of bitter water rose industry in Yongdeng County. Industrial management, internal market competition, product research and development, government guidance and other aspects of in-depth research and analysis, and finally put forward reasonable suggestions as a reference and guidance. The results of the investigation are as follows: 1: 1. Yongdeng County bitter water rose industry status quo. First, the scale of planting has become a climate. The planting area of bitter water rose in the whole county is about 2700 hm2.The planting scope has been extended to Hongcheng, Longquan, Datong, Willow, Chengguan, Shuping, Shangchuan, Liancheng, River Bridge and other towns in Yongdeng County; second, the industry has already had a scale. There are 6 leading rose processing enterprises, more than 10 rose essential oil processing enterprises, more than 40 dry flower bud processing sites, and more than 30000 tons of processing capacity in 2016 only, producing rose oil 600kg, processing buds 1000 tons, producing syrup 50 tons; third, There is a wide gap in the production and sale of processed products. Primary processed products involve new chemical industry, medical and health products, food, wine and drinks, daily chemical beauty and other fields. The products are various and are sold to all parts of the country and many countries and regions, but overall sales are not large; fourth, Qualification certification keeps pace with the times. Has completed "bitter water rose origin mark registration", "bitter water rose certification trademark registration" and China (bitter water) type rose essential oil international standard issued and implemented. Yongdeng County bitter water rose industry problems. Yongdeng County bitter water rose industry at present mainly exists the internal and external troubles "double" pressure problem. The internal reasons are as follows: the scale of base construction is small, the breeding of new varieties is stagnant, the consciousness of complementary development of industrial groups is poor, the raw material production has no scientific research and innovation, the external market is not strong enough and so on; External causes are mainly reflected in the origin of the legal protection work lags behind and other issues. 3. Suggestions for the development of bitter water rose industry in Yongdeng County. First, to strengthen the cultivation of new varieties and attach importance to the non-toxic breeding of seedlings; second, to improve the level of cultivation and management techniques in terms of planting methods, planting time and pruning methods; and third, to learn from and learn from advanced post-harvest processing techniques in China. Improve product quality; fourth, learn and introduce advanced deep processing technology and equipment from home and abroad, develop new products and deep processed products in combination with their own reality, expand fields and extend industrial chain; fifthly, change marketing concept. In combination with local conditions, we should actively develop rural e-commerce industry, take administrative village as a unit to build service points and set up an industrial e-commerce platform. Sixth, adjust the industrial structure to form a benign cycle of the first, second, and third industries.
