可信電子商務(wù)體系研究

【摘要】: 隨著Internet的迅速發(fā)展,基于Internet的電子商務(wù)越來越受到人們的關(guān)注,已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)體系中一種新興的重要商務(wù)模式。電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展不可避免地會遇到由Internet的開放性和共享性等特點(diǎn)所引起的安全問題。安全問題對電子商務(wù)的可信性產(chǎn)生了巨大影響,可信性問題成為了制約電子商務(wù)發(fā)展的巨大瓶頸。近年來電子商務(wù)發(fā)展頻繁受到各種安全隱患和不誠信因素的嚴(yán)重影響,因此對電子商務(wù)的可信性問題進(jìn)行研究迫在眉睫。 此前,人們對電子商務(wù)的可信性研究主要從安全角度來解決問題。電子商務(wù)的安全是保證電子商務(wù)網(wǎng)上交易的機(jī)密性、完整性、可鑒別性和不可否認(rèn)性等特性的基礎(chǔ),但電子商務(wù)的可信所包含的范圍很廣,安全只是可信的重要前提和基礎(chǔ)。當(dāng)前人們對于電子商務(wù)可信性的研究往往涉入不深,研究進(jìn)展較慢,這在一定程度上影響了電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展。近年來,隨著可信計算研究的不斷深入,一些相關(guān)技術(shù)或產(chǎn)品已可應(yīng)用于電子商務(wù)等領(lǐng)域中,以提高電子商務(wù)等應(yīng)用的可信性。 本文重點(diǎn)分析了影響電子商務(wù)可信性的各種因素,通過研究可信計算技術(shù),將可信計算技術(shù)與電子商務(wù)相結(jié)合,提出了一種基于可信計算技術(shù)的電子商務(wù)體系,建立了可信電子商務(wù)體系的模糊綜合評測模型,通過模糊綜合評測模型驗證了可信電子商務(wù)體系的合理性和可信性。論文所做的研究工作主要包括三個方面: 第一,論文研究了可信計算技術(shù),分析了當(dāng)前電子商務(wù)體系在可信性研究方面的不足,最后指出可信計算技術(shù)在改善當(dāng)前電子商務(wù)體系不足方面的優(yōu)勢。 第二,論文提出了一種基于可信計算的電子商務(wù)體系,即可信電子商務(wù)體系。可信計算技術(shù)與電子商務(wù)的結(jié)合,加強(qiáng)了電子商務(wù)的安全性與可信性,可以有效地解決當(dāng)前制約電子商務(wù)發(fā)展的相關(guān)問題。 第三,為了更好地提高可信電子商務(wù)體系的可信性,本文引入了模糊理論,采用模糊綜合評測法,建立了可信電子商務(wù)體系的模糊綜合評測模型。利用該模型作為可信電子商務(wù)體系的可信度評測策略,對可信電子商務(wù)體系的可信度進(jìn)行定性與定量的分析與評測。本文最后通過模擬綜合評測模型較好地驗證了可信電子商務(wù)體系的合理性和可信性。 因此,基于可信計算的電子商務(wù)體系和基于模糊理論的電子商務(wù)可信度評測方法在電子商務(wù)可信性研究領(lǐng)域中具有一定的創(chuàng)新性和實踐意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Internet, E-commerce based on Internet has attracted more and more attention, and has become a new and important business model in modern economic system. The development of electronic commerce will inevitably meet the security problems caused by the openness and sharing of Internet. Security issues have a great impact on the credibility of electronic commerce, which has become a huge bottleneck restricting the development of electronic commerce. In recent years, the development of electronic commerce is frequently affected by various security risks and dishonesty factors, so it is urgent to study the credibility of electronic commerce. Previously, the credibility of e-commerce research mainly from a security point of view to solve the problem. The security of electronic commerce is the basis to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity, discriminability and non-repudiation of electronic commerce online transactions, but the trust of electronic commerce includes a wide range of areas, security is only the important premise and foundation of trust. At present, the research on the credibility of electronic commerce is often not deep, and the research progress is slow, which to some extent affects the development of electronic commerce. In recent years, with the deepening of trusted computing research, some related technologies or products can be applied to e-commerce and other fields, in order to improve the credibility of e-commerce applications. This paper focuses on the analysis of various factors affecting the credibility of electronic commerce. By studying trusted computing technology and combining trusted computing technology with electronic commerce, a new electronic commerce system based on trusted computing technology is proposed. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of trusted electronic commerce system is established, and the rationality and credibility of trusted electronic commerce system are verified by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. The research work in this paper mainly includes three aspects: first, this paper studies the trusted computing technology and analyzes the deficiency of the current electronic commerce system in the credibility research. Finally, it points out the advantages of trusted computing technology in improving the insufficiency of current e-commerce system. Secondly, a trusted computing-based e-commerce system is proposed. The combination of trusted computing technology and electronic commerce enhances the security and credibility of electronic commerce and can effectively solve the related problems that restrict the development of electronic commerce. Thirdly, in order to improve the credibility of trusted E-commerce system, fuzzy theory is introduced and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to establish the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of trusted E-commerce system. Using this model as the credibility evaluation strategy of trusted e-commerce system, the credibility of trusted e-commerce system is analyzed and evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively. In the end, the rationality and credibility of trusted E-commerce system are verified by simulation and comprehensive evaluation model. Therefore, the electronic commerce system based on trusted computing and the evaluation method of electronic commerce credibility based on fuzzy theory have some innovative and practical significance in the field of electronic commerce credibility research.
