【摘要】：跨境電子商務(wù)作為信息技術(shù)和貿(mào)易相結(jié)合的產(chǎn)物,已經(jīng)在很大程度上影響了傳統(tǒng)的國際貿(mào)易的交易方式。中國制造走向國家跨境電子商務(wù)這一發(fā)展趨勢勢在必行,未來有望成為國經(jīng)濟(jì)的全新增長引擎。新疆作為與西亞、南亞與歐洲的前沿,隨著一帶一路的戰(zhàn)略落實和推進(jìn),勢必會使各國在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和建設(shè)中深化合作,逐步優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)的分工布局,這為地處特殊位置的新疆跨境電子商務(wù)提供了一個絕佳的機(jī)會。新疆YM機(jī)電銷售公司如何利用機(jī)電產(chǎn)品網(wǎng)絡(luò)銷售平臺向俄語區(qū)國家進(jìn)行跨境電子商務(wù)銷售模式,為公司打開網(wǎng)絡(luò)銷售渠道是公司目前亟待解決的問題。本研究首先介紹了跨境電子商務(wù)的概念,闡述了我國跨境電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展歷程以及國內(nèi)外跨境電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。其次,對我國跨境電子商務(wù)的宏觀政治環(huán)境及經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,介紹了中國機(jī)電產(chǎn)品的外貿(mào)情況以及跨境電子商務(wù)的國內(nèi)外行業(yè)分析�；赮M公司目前的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,對公司傳統(tǒng)業(yè)態(tài)結(jié)合互聯(lián)網(wǎng)模式及電商平臺細(xì)分模式進(jìn)行分析并評估。為了實現(xiàn)公司目標(biāo),對YM公司的運營模式及策略進(jìn)行設(shè)計,從跨境電子商務(wù)運營模式、平臺管理和定價策略、公司管理組織構(gòu)架、平臺未來發(fā)展空間等方面,最后提出五個保障措施以保證YM公司跨境電子商務(wù)運營模式及策略的有效實施。
[Abstract]:As a result of the combination of information technology and trade, cross-border electronic commerce has greatly affected the traditional way of international trade. The trend of making in China towards national cross-border e-commerce is imperative, and it is expected to become a new growth engine of national economy in the future. Xinjiang is at the forefront of Western Asia, South Asia and Europe. With the implementation and promotion of the Belt and Road strategy, it is certain that countries will deepen cooperation in economic development and construction, and gradually optimize the division of labor and layout of industries. This provides an excellent opportunity for cross-border e-commerce in Xinjiang, which is located in a special location. How to use the network sales platform of mechanical and electrical products to carry out cross-border e-commerce sales model to the countries in Russian-speaking region, and how to open up the network sales channels for the company is a problem to be solved urgently at present. This paper first introduces the concept of cross-border electronic commerce, expounds the development course of cross-border electronic commerce in China and the present situation of cross-border electronic commerce at home and abroad. Secondly, the macro-political and economic environment of cross-border e-commerce in China is analyzed, and the foreign trade situation of China's mechanical and electrical products and the industry analysis of cross-border e-commerce at home and abroad are introduced. Based on the current development of YM, this paper analyzes and evaluates the traditional business model combined with Internet mode and e-commerce platform subdivision mode. In order to realize the company's goal, this paper designs the operation mode and strategy of YM Company, from the aspects of cross-border e-commerce operation mode, platform management and pricing strategy, company management organization structure, the future development space of the platform, etc. Finally, five safeguard measures are put forward to ensure the effective implementation of YM company's cross-border e-commerce operation mode and strategy.
