【摘要】:隨著社會的不斷發(fā)展和進步,以及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)普及率的提高,電子商務作為一種新型的經(jīng)濟體,正以風馳電掣的速度迅猛發(fā)展,并且成為不僅是發(fā)達國家甚至發(fā)展中國家提升國家政治影響,增強經(jīng)濟競爭實力,贏得全球資源配置優(yōu)勢的有效手段。近幾年,國家發(fā)展改革委聯(lián)合十幾個相關部門出臺了一系列電子商務發(fā)展的方針政策及措施制度,有利的促進了我國電子商務健康蓬勃快速的發(fā)展。事實上,電子商務企業(yè)的核心競爭力是要做到商品質量有保證、價格有優(yōu)勢、能滿足客戶需求的送貨上門、能提供高品質的服務。本文首先從分析當前國內外電子商務企業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀入手,通過對MX電子商務企業(yè)的業(yè)務流程現(xiàn)狀和運營管理指標現(xiàn)狀進行分析,得出阻礙電商企業(yè)發(fā)展中標準化作業(yè)所存在的制約因素;進一步,依據(jù)精益生產思想及標準化作業(yè)思維,提出企業(yè)需要推行標準化作業(yè)來解決電子商務企業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的制約因素,同時也闡述了在電商企業(yè)中推行標準化作業(yè)的重要意義,從而引出推行標準化作業(yè)需要遵循的設計原則。并針對MX企業(yè)的圖書接貨區(qū)為例,詳細分析了均衡化預約作業(yè)流程、分揀與交接流程、在制品控制流程等的標準化設計過程,同時還針對管理者和管理方式進行了標準化的定義,提出了諸如4M5S管理方法、Gemba Walk管理模式等切合實際需求的應用方法。最后,本文進行了實施標準化作業(yè)前后的效果分析,說明了這種標準化流程和模式改善的有效性。本文探討的標準化作業(yè)研究可以為同類電子商務企業(yè)提供很好的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development and progress of society and the increase of Internet popularization, e-commerce, as a new type of economy, is developing rapidly. And become not only developed countries and even developing countries to enhance the national political influence, strengthen the economic competitiveness, and win the advantage of global resource allocation. In recent years, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), together with more than a dozen related departments, has issued a series of policies and measures for the development of e-commerce, which has promoted the healthy and rapid development of e-commerce in China. In fact, the core competitiveness of e-commerce enterprises is to ensure the quality of goods, price advantages, can meet the needs of customers to deliver goods, can provide high-quality services. This paper begins with the analysis of the current development of e-commerce enterprises at home and abroad, and analyzes the business process and operation management indicators of MX e-commerce enterprises. Finally, according to the lean production thought and standardized operation thinking, the author points out the restrictive factors that hinder the development of ecommerce enterprises. It is pointed out that enterprises need to carry out standardized operations to solve the problems existing in the development of e-commerce enterprises, and at the same time, the importance of implementing standardized operations in e-commerce enterprises is also expounded. Therefore, the design principles to be followed in the implementation of standardized operations are introduced. Taking the book receiving area of MX enterprise as an example, this paper analyzes in detail the standardized design process of equalization reservation work flow, sorting and handing over flow, process of in-process control, etc. At the same time, the definition of management and management mode is standardized, and some practical application methods such as 4M5S management method and Gemba Walk management mode are put forward. Finally, the effect analysis before and after the implementation of standardization operation is carried out to illustrate the effectiveness of the improvement of the standardization process and mode. The study of standardized operation in this paper can provide a good reference for similar e-commerce enterprises.
