企業(yè)電子商務(wù)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建與平衡研究

【摘要】:本文在綜合評述國內(nèi)外企業(yè)電子商務(wù)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上立足于生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的基本觀點,從系統(tǒng)科學(xué)和商業(yè)生態(tài)學(xué)理論出發(fā),結(jié)合電子商務(wù)相關(guān)理論和實踐,把電子商務(wù)作為一個生態(tài)平衡特例,對企業(yè)電子商務(wù)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建的模式及平衡管理策略進行較為深入的探究。首先,對企業(yè)電子商務(wù)系統(tǒng)與自然生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的相似性進行比較分析,得出可以運用生態(tài)學(xué)理論與方法研究企業(yè)電子商務(wù)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的可行性的結(jié)論;其次,對企業(yè)電子商務(wù)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的概念及特征進行界定,并對企業(yè)電子商務(wù)生態(tài)因子的構(gòu)成及其相互作用關(guān)系進行全面分析;再次,分別從企業(yè)電子商務(wù)生態(tài)鏈和電子商務(wù)生態(tài)圈兩方面對企業(yè)電子商務(wù)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)進行研究,構(gòu)建了企業(yè)電子商務(wù)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)模型及基于GVUCI的環(huán)境適應(yīng)性模型;而后,以此為據(jù)制定了保障系統(tǒng)平衡有效運行的管理策略。最后,以阿里巴巴集團為例,分析其具體的企業(yè)電子商務(wù)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)其社會經(jīng)濟生態(tài)效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Based on a comprehensive review of the current research situation of e-commerce ecosystem at home and abroad, this paper bases itself on the basic viewpoint of ecosystem, starting from the theory of system science and commercial ecology, combining the theory and practice of E-commerce. Taking electronic commerce as a special case of ecological balance, this paper probes deeply into the mode of construction of enterprise electronic commerce ecosystem and the strategy of balance management. Firstly, the similarity between the enterprise e-commerce system and the natural ecosystem is compared and analyzed, and the conclusion is drawn that the feasibility of the enterprise e-commerce ecosystem can be studied by using the ecological theory and method. The concept and characteristics of the enterprise e-commerce ecosystem are defined, and the composition of the enterprise e-commerce ecological factors and their interaction relationship are comprehensively analyzed. This paper studies the structure of enterprise e-commerce ecosystem from two aspects of enterprise ecommerce ecological chain and ecosphere respectively, and constructs enterprise e-commerce ecosystem model and environment adaptability model based on GVUCI. Based on this, a management strategy to ensure the balanced and effective operation of the system is established. Finally, taking Alibaba Group as an example, this paper analyzes the socio-economic and ecological effects of its specific enterprise e-commerce ecosystem.
