【摘要】:目前我國經(jīng)濟正進入"新常態(tài)",傳統(tǒng)外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)量也急劇萎縮,在此背景下傳統(tǒng)制造企業(yè)面臨著生存與發(fā)展的巨大壓力,急需尋找新的市場、新的利潤來源來壯大自身,避免被淘汰的危險?缇畴娮由虅(wù)作為一種新興的電子商務(wù)類型,在"一路一帶"的國家戰(zhàn)略背景下,得到了廣泛的傳播和迅速的發(fā)展。我國傳統(tǒng)制造企業(yè)發(fā)展跨境電子商務(wù),既是難得的機遇,也面臨著較大的挑戰(zhàn),它一方面得到了國家在戰(zhàn)略、政策上的大力支持,另一方面也面臨著企業(yè)內(nèi)部資源優(yōu)化配置、業(yè)務(wù)流程重組及外部跨境電商資源短缺的困擾。傳統(tǒng)制造企業(yè)發(fā)展跨境電子商務(wù)是自身轉(zhuǎn)變業(yè)務(wù)模式、實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的重大契機,雖然發(fā)展過程中會遇到很多內(nèi)外部的困難,但是只要傳統(tǒng)制造企業(yè)認(rèn)清電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展方向,確立專業(yè)化、品牌化和垂直化的發(fā)展發(fā)展目標(biāo),定在跨境電商市場中得到闖出一番天地。
[Abstract]:At present, our country's economy is entering the "new normal", and the traditional foreign trade business volume is also shrinking sharply. Under this background, the traditional manufacturing enterprises are facing the enormous pressure of survival and development, so they urgently need to find new markets and new profit sources to strengthen themselves. Avoid the danger of being eliminated. As a new type of electronic commerce, cross-border e-commerce has been widely spread and developed rapidly under the national strategic background of Belt and Road. The development of cross-border electronic commerce by traditional manufacturing enterprises in China is a rare opportunity as well as a great challenge. On the one hand, it has been strongly supported by the state in strategy and policy, on the other hand, it is also faced with the optimal allocation of resources within enterprises. Business process reengineering and external cross-border ecommerce resource shortage troubles. The development of cross-border e-commerce in traditional manufacturing enterprises is a major opportunity for them to change their business models and realize industrial upgrading. Although they will encounter many internal and external difficulties in the process of development, as long as traditional manufacturing enterprises have a clear understanding of the development direction of e-commerce, Establish the development goal of specialization, brand and perpendicularity, and get out of the market of cross-border ecommerce.
