【摘要】：隨著中國經(jīng)濟增長速度的回落,進入穩(wěn)健增長的新常態(tài),由數(shù)量型擴張過渡到質(zhì)量效益型增長,企業(yè)之間競爭壓力很大,客戶關系管理系統(tǒng)(CRM)提供了極大幫助。CRM是把多個方面集成為一個整體,通過無縫連接,平滑地改進與客戶之間的關系,實施于銷售、技術、生產(chǎn)、供給、財務、配送等環(huán)節(jié)�？蛻舴⻊諏ζ髽I(yè)的長遠發(fā)展起著一定的作用,涉及多個部門協(xié)調(diào)合作,共同為客戶更好的服務�？蛻舴⻊账降母叩蜎Q定著公司在市場中的競爭力。該客戶關系管理系統(tǒng)應提供一個在線客戶服務平臺,使在為客戶服務過程中相關人員可以在線完成服務。目前中國關注營銷,但CRM對企業(yè)的重要性卻沒有得到足夠重視。中國的CRM市場有一定規(guī)模,但沒有高水平,且是低水平重復建設,第二是隨著電子商務的增長,阿里巴巴,京東等的業(yè)績直線上升,使整個物流配送端更需要適應客戶端,CRM會大顯身手�？蛻絷P系信息管理系統(tǒng)(CRM)使用Struts、Spring、Hibernate框架以及Ajax技術,系統(tǒng)包括客戶管理,service管理,銷售營銷等模塊,采用My Eclipse作為開發(fā)工具,Microsoft SQL Server作為后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng),進行技術開發(fā)和實現(xiàn),使用Struts、Hibernate、Spring框架整合。在設計過程中仔細研究各模塊的細節(jié),反復試驗,最后進行了檢測�？蛻絷P系管理信息系統(tǒng)是一種改善企業(yè)與下游客戶之間關系的關鍵系統(tǒng),它獲得的實質(zhì)性的價值鏈提升,相關企業(yè)實現(xiàn)了共贏,,通過管理與客戶間的相互合作,努力減少20%-40%銷售環(huán)節(jié),降低20%左右的成本,最終實現(xiàn)利益共享,風險共但。應用共贏的理念,吸引客戶,把必要的信息給公司的售后服務部門,售后部門針對性的制定方案,適時做出正確的決策,必將為公司留住客戶(尤其是距離較遠的)并使業(yè)績得到提升。
[Abstract]:With China's economic growth rate falling back and entering the new normal of steady growth, from quantitative expansion to quality-benefit growth, competition among enterprises is under great pressure. CRM (customer relationship Management system) provides a great help. CRM is the integration of many aspects into a whole, through seamless connection, smooth improvement of the relationship with customers, the implementation of sales, technology, production, supply, finance, distribution and other links. Customer service plays a certain role in the long-term development of enterprises, involving a number of departments to coordinate and cooperate to serve customers better. The level of customer service determines the competitiveness of the company in the market. The customer relationship management system should provide an online customer service platform, so that the relevant personnel can complete the service online in the process of customer service. At present, China pays attention to marketing, but the importance of CRM to enterprises is not paid enough attention. China's CRM market has a certain scale, but it does not have a high level, and it is a low level of repeated construction. Second, with the growth of e-commerce, the performance of Alibaba, JingDong, and so on has risen in a straight line. So that the entire logistics distribution end more need to adapt to the customer CRM will show skills. The CRM (customer relationship Information Management system) uses Struts Spring hibernate framework and Ajax technology. The system includes customer management service management, sales and marketing modules, and use my Eclipse as the development tool, Microsoft SQL Server as the backstage database system, to develop and implement the technology. Use Struts hibernate Spring Framework Integration. In the design process, the details of each module are carefully studied, repeatedly tested, and finally tested. Customer relationship management information system is a key system to improve the relationship between enterprises and downstream customers. Efforts to reduce 20-40% of sales links, reduce the cost of about 20%, the ultimate realization of benefit-sharing, but risk. Apply the win-win concept, attract customers, give the necessary information to the company's after-sales service department, after-sales department targeted to formulate plans, timely make the right decision, Will retain customers for the company (especially the distance) and improve performance.
