【摘要】：隨著經濟全球化及電子商務的迅猛發(fā)展,我國服裝企業(yè)面臨著更大的機遇和挑戰(zhàn),同時嚴重的存貨問題越來越成為制約企業(yè)健康成長的桎梏。存貨作為企業(yè)流動資產中重要的一部分,在保證企業(yè)生產、經營需求的情況下,保持合理的存貨水平有利于企業(yè)減少成本,加速流動資金的周轉速度。相反大量不合理的存貨會成為企業(yè)的負擔,不但造成企業(yè)資金周轉不良等問題,還會給社會經濟資源造成不必要的浪費。同時我國企業(yè)存貨管理方式相對落后,面對居高不下的大量存貨,企業(yè)不得不通過打折甩賣的方式消化庫存,更有甚者不得不關掉相關門店。這種飲鴆止渴的方式不僅不能有效的消除企業(yè)的庫存,反而帶來了企業(yè)品牌價值降低等問題。值得深思的是,服裝業(yè)界的標桿企業(yè)西班牙的Zara憑借其優(yōu)異供應鏈存貨管理方法,成為了服裝業(yè)的一個奇跡。本文通過具體分析Zara公司極速供應鏈下存貨管理案例,分析在其極速供應鏈模式下優(yōu)異的存貨管理方式,包括產品組織設計縮短前導時間、采購與生產—后向一體化、JIT精益生產模式、物流—零庫存越庫配送、經營—前向一體化、完善的信息管理系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化業(yè)務流程等。結合我國服裝企業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀,文章具體分析了我國服裝企業(yè)存貨管理方面存在的種種問題及其形成的原因,然后與Zara其在存貨管理方面的成功經驗相聯(lián)系,尋找其能夠為我國企業(yè)改善庫存管理帶來的啟發(fā),以期能夠為我國服裝企業(yè)的存貨管理提供一個新方向、新思路。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization and electronic commerce, Chinese garment enterprises are facing more opportunities and challenges. Meanwhile, the serious inventory problem has become a shackle restricting the healthy growth of enterprises. Inventory is an important part of the current assets of an enterprise. Keeping a reasonable inventory level is conducive to reducing the cost and speeding up the turnover speed of the current capital under the condition of ensuring the production and operation demand of the enterprise. On the contrary, a large amount of unreasonable inventory will become a burden to enterprises, which will not only cause problems such as poor turnover of funds, but also cause unnecessary waste of social and economic resources. At the same time, the inventory management of Chinese enterprises is relatively backward, faced with a large amount of high inventory, enterprises have to discount the way to digest the inventory, and even have to close down the relevant stores. This way of drinking poison to quench thirst not only can not effectively eliminate the inventory of enterprises, but also lead to the decline of brand value. It is worth pondering that Spain's Zara, a benchmark enterprise in the garment industry, has become a miracle of the clothing industry by virtue of its excellent supply chain inventory management methods. This paper analyzes the inventory management cases of Zara Corporation under the extreme speed supply chain, and analyzes the excellent inventory management methods in the extreme speed supply chain mode, including shortening the lead time of product organization design. Procurement and production-backward integration JIT lean production mode, logistics-zero inventory delivery, management-forward integration, perfect information management system to optimize business processes. Combined with the current situation of garment enterprises in China, this paper analyzes the problems in inventory management of garment enterprises in China and the reasons for their formation, and then it is connected with the successful experience of Zara in inventory management. In order to provide a new direction and train of thought for the inventory management of garment enterprises in our country, this paper tries to find out the inspiration that it can bring for the improvement of inventory management in our country's enterprises.
