【摘要】:電子商務(wù)改變了貿(mào)易空間集聚方式、貿(mào)易的流向,創(chuàng)造了新的商業(yè)模式,促進(jìn)新的貿(mào)易支付方式的形成,導(dǎo)致信息流主導(dǎo)商流。跨境電子商務(wù)下我國外貿(mào)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的模式有跨境B2C貿(mào)易模式和綜合服務(wù)貿(mào)易模式。保障跨境電子商務(wù)有效促進(jìn)我國外貿(mào)轉(zhuǎn)型升級,要完善跨境電子商務(wù)監(jiān)管,消除限制跨境電子商務(wù)發(fā)展的因素,調(diào)動企業(yè)的積極性,深入研究跨境電子商務(wù)存在的風(fēng)險。
[Abstract]:E-commerce has changed the trade space agglomeration mode, the trade flow direction, has created the new business model, promoted the new trade payment way formation, resulting in the information flow to dominate the commercial flow. The transformation and upgrading mode of China's foreign trade under cross-border e-commerce includes cross-border B2C trade mode and integrated service trade mode. To ensure that cross-border e-commerce can effectively promote the transformation and upgrading of China's foreign trade, it is necessary to perfect the supervision of cross-border e-commerce, eliminate the factors restricting the development of cross-border e-commerce, arouse the enthusiasm of enterprises, and deeply study the risks of cross-border e-commerce.
