【摘要】：負(fù)面在線評論對消費者決策有重大影響,如何識別高質(zhì)量的負(fù)面口碑成為研究熱點。本文針對該問題,基于京東商城上手機(jī)負(fù)面評論的情感特征,利用線性回歸方法研究了不同強(qiáng)度負(fù)面情感對負(fù)面評論有用性的影響。結(jié)果表明強(qiáng)負(fù)面情感降低負(fù)面評論有用性,而中等強(qiáng)度負(fù)面情感可以提高負(fù)面評論有用性,同時不同強(qiáng)度的負(fù)面情感之間存在顯著的交互作用,產(chǎn)生對負(fù)面評論有用性的非線性復(fù)雜影響。本研究結(jié)論對電子商務(wù)網(wǎng)站的負(fù)面在線評論管理具有極大的理論和實踐意義。
[Abstract]:Negative online reviews have a significant impact on consumer decision-making, and how to identify high quality negative word of mouth has become a hot research topic. In order to solve this problem, based on the emotional characteristics of negative comments on mobile phone in JingDong Mall, the influence of negative emotions of different intensity on the usefulness of negative reviews is studied by using linear regression method. The results showed that strong negative emotion decreased the usefulness of negative comment, while moderate intensity of negative emotion increased the usefulness of negative comment, and there was significant interaction between different intensity of negative emotion. A nonlinear complex effect on the usefulness of negative comments. The conclusion of this study has great theoretical and practical significance for negative online comment management of e-commerce websites.
