【摘要】：隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的發(fā)展和完善,新興經(jīng)濟(jì)模式電子商務(wù)廣泛影響著、改變著傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式和人們生活方式,開(kāi)啟了一種全新的市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體驗(yàn),帶來(lái)了巨大經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的同時(shí),電子商務(wù)在發(fā)展過(guò)程中也出現(xiàn)了許多問(wèn)題,本文主要就工商行政管理部門(mén)監(jiān)管過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析。工商行政管理部門(mén)在市場(chǎng)監(jiān)管過(guò)程中作用尤為重要。而邯鄲市電子商務(wù)發(fā)展中的問(wèn)題,不僅需要工商部門(mén)在微觀層次上的嚴(yán)格監(jiān)管,也需要工商部門(mén)在政策上支持和引導(dǎo)本地中小企業(yè),雙管齊下全面發(fā)展邯鄲市電子商務(wù)。本文以電子商務(wù)發(fā)展中工商監(jiān)管為出發(fā)點(diǎn),分析邯鄲市現(xiàn)階段電子商務(wù)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r以及問(wèn)題,從電子商務(wù)工商監(jiān)管的基本情況入手,試圖找到阻礙邯鄲市電子商務(wù)發(fā)展的問(wèn)題,改進(jìn)邯鄲市工商管理部門(mén)工作中存在的問(wèn)題,更好地維護(hù)市場(chǎng)秩序,促進(jìn)邯鄲市電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展。本文共分為五章,第一章緒論部分主要介紹了論文研究的目的、意義,研究綜述、研究思路與方法等。第二章主要對(duì)電子商務(wù)相關(guān)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了概述,闡述了基本的電子商務(wù)理論和監(jiān)管理論,意圖表明邯鄲市工商行政管理部門(mén)與電子商務(wù)監(jiān)管之間的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,明確電子商務(wù)工商監(jiān)管的必要性。第三章主要闡述了邯鄲市目前電子商務(wù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和工商行政管理部門(mén)的監(jiān)管現(xiàn)狀,并分析了監(jiān)管存在的問(wèn)題及原因。第四章簡(jiǎn)要介紹了兩個(gè)城市電子商務(wù)發(fā)展中政府部門(mén)的作用,并且分析了不同城市之間的問(wèn)題以及經(jīng)驗(yàn),為解決邯鄲市電子商務(wù)發(fā)展中的問(wèn)題提供了一定借鑒意義。第五章主要是根據(jù)北京和安徽以及泉州的經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合邯鄲市自身特點(diǎn),提出了針對(duì)性的建議與措施。
[Abstract]:With the development and perfection of computer technology and network technology, E-commerce, a new economic model, has been widely influenced, changed the traditional business model and people's way of life, and opened a new market economy experience.At the same time, there are many problems in the development of electronic commerce. This paper mainly analyzes the problems in the supervision of the administrative department for industry and commerce.The administrative department of industry and commerce plays a particularly important role in the process of market supervision.The problems in the development of e-commerce in Handan need not only the strict supervision of the industrial and commercial departments on the micro level, but also the support and guidance of the local small and medium-sized enterprises in the policy of the industrial and commercial departments, and the comprehensive development of e-commerce in Handan.Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of E-commerce in Handan, this paper tries to find out the problems that hinder the development of E-commerce in Handan from the basic situation of E-commerce.In order to improve the market order and promote the development of electronic commerce in Handan, the problems existing in the work of Handan industrial and commercial administration department should be improved.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter mainly introduces the purpose, significance, research review, research ideas and methods.The second chapter mainly summarizes the related contents of E-commerce, expounds the basic theory of E-commerce and the theory of supervision, intends to show the internal relationship between the administrative department of industry and commerce in Handan city and the supervision of E-commerce.Make clear the necessity of e-commerce industry and commerce regulation.The third chapter mainly expounds the current situation of the development of electronic commerce in Handan City and the current situation of the supervision of the administrative department of industry and commerce, and analyzes the problems and reasons of the supervision.The fourth chapter briefly introduces the role of government departments in the development of electronic commerce in two cities, and analyzes the problems and experiences between different cities, which provides a certain reference for solving the problems in the development of electronic commerce in Handan City.The fifth chapter is mainly based on the experience of Beijing, Anhui and Quanzhou, combined with the characteristics of Handan City, put forward targeted suggestions and measures.
