【摘要】：電子商務(wù)的急劇發(fā)展,給我國快遞企業(yè)帶來了無限的機遇,同時伴隨著挑戰(zhàn),面對挑戰(zhàn),我國民營快遞企業(yè)就必須對業(yè)務(wù)流程不斷優(yōu)化。業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化一般通過兩種方式實現(xiàn),第一種是去除原有業(yè)務(wù)流程中多余的環(huán)節(jié)或者將可以同時發(fā)生的流程進行合并;第二種是通過技術(shù)升級達到流程優(yōu)化的目的。本文通過引入RFID(Radio Frequency Identification,無線射頻識別)技術(shù)代替原有條形碼技術(shù)對快遞企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)流程進行優(yōu)化研究。本文通過深入分析RFID技術(shù)特性和目前快遞企業(yè)弊端,提出將RFID技術(shù)應(yīng)用到快遞企業(yè)中,實現(xiàn)關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)優(yōu)化的觀點。本文主要的工作和成果如下:1.對RFID技術(shù)概念、基本組成、工作原理進行詳細說明,將RFID技術(shù)與其他自動識別技術(shù)對比分析,總結(jié)RFID技術(shù)優(yōu)勢。2.首先對快遞企業(yè)總業(yè)務(wù)流程進行研究,分析得出制約配送效率的主要是收件、派件、運輸中轉(zhuǎn)三個關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié);其次對三個關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)進行研究,分析并給出各個環(huán)節(jié)的具體業(yè)務(wù)流程;最后對各個環(huán)節(jié)所存在的問題進行闡述并給出可行的解決方案。通過對現(xiàn)有流程深入了解的基礎(chǔ)上,最終選擇以運輸中轉(zhuǎn)環(huán)節(jié)為文章切入點,對整體業(yè)務(wù)流程進行優(yōu)化研究。3.原有流程Petri網(wǎng)建模,用關(guān)聯(lián)矩陣分析其動態(tài)性質(zhì),結(jié)果表明所建模型是可行的、活的、有界的,Exspect軟件對所建模型進行仿真,得到的數(shù)據(jù)正常,同時也符合目前快遞企業(yè)流程所花費的時間。提出優(yōu)化措施,對原有流程進行優(yōu)化,對優(yōu)化后流程進行Petri網(wǎng)建模,同樣用關(guān)聯(lián)矩陣分析其動態(tài)性質(zhì),結(jié)果表明優(yōu)化后的Petri網(wǎng)模型也是可行的、活的、有界的,Exspect軟件對優(yōu)化后模型進行仿真,得出優(yōu)化后流程所花費的時間。優(yōu)化前后兩組數(shù)據(jù)對比分析后得出:本文提出的優(yōu)化措施是可行的,可以實現(xiàn)流程優(yōu)化的目的,可以提高快遞企業(yè)配送效率,達到增強快遞企業(yè)的核心競爭力的目的。本文的研究為RFID技術(shù)應(yīng)用在我國快遞企業(yè)流程中提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of electronic commerce has brought unlimited opportunities to express enterprises in our country. At the same time, with the challenges and challenges, private express delivery enterprises in our country must constantly optimize their business processes.Business process optimization is generally achieved in two ways, the first is to remove the redundant links in the original business process or to merge the processes that can occur at the same time; the second is to achieve the purpose of process optimization by upgrading the technology.This paper introduces RFID(Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology instead of barcode technology to optimize the business process of express delivery enterprises.By analyzing the technical characteristics of RFID and the disadvantages of express delivery enterprises at present, this paper puts forward the idea of applying RFID technology to express enterprises and realizing the optimization of key links.The main work and results of this paper are as follows: 1.The concept, basic composition and working principle of RFID technology are explained in detail. The advantages of RFID technology are summarized by comparing RFID technology with other automatic recognition technologies.First of all, the general business processes of express delivery enterprises are studied, and the analysis shows that the main constraints to the efficiency of distribution are three key links: receiving, dispatching and transit; secondly, three key links are studied.Finally, the problems existing in each link are expounded and the feasible solutions are given.On the basis of in-depth understanding of the existing processes, the final choice to transport transit link as the entry point of the article to optimize the overall business process. 3.The original process Petri net is modeled, and its dynamic properties are analyzed by using the correlation matrix. The results show that the model is feasible, living and bounded, and the simulation results show that the data obtained are normal.At the same time also in line with the current express business process spent time.The optimization measures are put forward, the original process is optimized, the optimized process is modeled by Petri net, and its dynamic properties are analyzed by using the correlation matrix. The results show that the optimized Petri net model is also feasible and active.The optimized model is simulated by the bounded aspect software, and the time taken by the optimized process is obtained.After comparing and analyzing the two groups of data before and after optimization, it is concluded that the optimization measures proposed in this paper are feasible, can realize the purpose of process optimization, can improve the delivery efficiency of express delivery enterprises, and achieve the purpose of enhancing the core competitiveness of express delivery enterprises.The research in this paper provides a reference for the application of RFID technology in the process of express delivery enterprises in China.
