【摘要】：本文主要通過研究跨境電子商務(wù)這一新興商業(yè)模式,選取興城泳裝企業(yè)S作為研究對象,深入分析其在開展跨境電子商務(wù)遇到的問題,并從海關(guān)視角探究其開展跨境電子商務(wù)的有效途徑,最終得出企業(yè)S開展跨境電子商務(wù)的創(chuàng)新策略,寫作目的是為廣大中小型企業(yè)開展跨境電子商務(wù)提供相關(guān)建議。本文共分為五部分。首先從跨境電子商務(wù)的研究意義入手,綜合國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究綜述,闡明了跨境電子商務(wù)對廣大中小企業(yè)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展是一種重要的戰(zhàn)略選擇。第二部分主要介紹了跨境電子商務(wù)的相關(guān)概念以及海關(guān)監(jiān)管模式和相關(guān)管理理論。第三部分主要對企業(yè)S開展跨境電子商務(wù)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行深入分析,主要運(yùn)用管理學(xué)理論對企業(yè)S開展跨境電子商務(wù)進(jìn)行SWOT和PEST分析。第四部分主要是對企業(yè)S開展跨境電子商務(wù)的問題瓶頸分析,分別從海關(guān)監(jiān)管困境、跨境物流發(fā)展滯后、管理政策缺陷、交易信用四個(gè)方面探究企業(yè)S開展跨境電子商務(wù)的困境所在。最后,第五部分是結(jié)合第四部分的分析結(jié)論,總結(jié)出企業(yè)S應(yīng)從跨境電子商務(wù)海關(guān)監(jiān)管策略創(chuàng)新,創(chuàng)新跨境物流選擇,創(chuàng)新跨境電子商務(wù)管理,跨境交易信用安全防范四個(gè)方面開展跨境電子商務(wù)的策略。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly through the study of cross-border e-commerce as a new business model, select Xingcheng Swimsuit Enterprise S as the research object, in-depth analysis of its cross-border e-commerce encountered problems,And from the perspective of customs to explore the effective way to carry out cross-border e-commerce, finally get the innovation strategy of enterprise S to carry out cross-border e-commerce, the purpose of writing is to provide relevant suggestions for the majority of small and medium-sized enterprises to carry out cross-border e-commerce.This paper is divided into five parts.Starting with the research significance of cross-border electronic commerce and synthesizing the domestic and foreign related researches, this paper clarifies that cross-border electronic commerce is an important strategic choice for the innovation and development of small and medium-sized enterprises.The second part mainly introduces the related concepts of cross-border e-commerce, customs supervision model and relevant management theory.The third part mainly analyzes the current situation of enterprise S carrying out cross-border electronic commerce, mainly using management theory to carry out SWOT and PEST analysis of enterprise S developing cross-border electronic commerce.The fourth part mainly analyzes the bottleneck of enterprise S developing cross-border e-commerce, respectively from the customs supervision dilemma, cross-border logistics development lags behind, management policy defects,Four aspects of transaction credit to explore the plight of enterprise S to carry out cross-border e-commerce.Finally, the fifth part is combined with the fourth part of the analysis conclusions, summed up that enterprise S should from cross-border e-commerce customs supervision strategy innovation, innovation cross-border logistics choice, innovation cross-border e-commerce management,The strategy of developing cross-border e-commerce in four aspects: credit security of cross-border transaction.
