【摘要】：在中國大陸經(jīng)濟(jì)增速持續(xù)放緩和兩岸地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的背景下,兩岸跨境電子商務(wù)成為促進(jìn)兩岸經(jīng)貿(mào)合作的新動力。在當(dāng)前國家政策持續(xù)利好的推動下,閩臺兩岸的跨境電子商務(wù)合作迎來了難得的發(fā)展契機(jī)。該文明確了閩臺兩岸電子商務(wù)的合作環(huán)境,包括資源互補的基礎(chǔ)環(huán)境、政策支持的發(fā)展環(huán)境、區(qū)位優(yōu)勢的獨特環(huán)境,分析兩岸跨境電商合作所面臨的發(fā)展障礙如政經(jīng)格局制約、省域競爭激烈、物流發(fā)展滯后、信用問題及專業(yè)人才缺乏等;最后從制度合作、完善體系、優(yōu)化環(huán)境三個層面提出推進(jìn)閩臺兩岸跨境電子商務(wù)合作與發(fā)展的對策建議。
[Abstract]:In Chinese, economic growth continued to slow down and background of economic transformation and upgrading of cross-strait area, cross-border e-commerce has become a new driving force to promote cross-strait economic and trade cooperation. In the current national policy to promote the continuous positive, cross-border e-commerce cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan to usher in development opportunities. This was clearly the e-commerce cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan the environment, including the basic environment of complementary resources, the development of environmental policy support, unique environmental advantage, analysis of cross-strait cooperation in cross-border electricity providers faced development obstacles such as political and economic pattern restriction, provincial competition, logistics development lags behind, the lack of professional talent and credit problems; finally from the system of cooperation, improve the system, optimize the three the level of environment put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote cross-border e-commerce cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan and development.
