【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)應(yīng)用的不斷深入,電子商務(wù)逐漸成為重點應(yīng)用方向。電子商務(wù)營銷方式相對于傳統(tǒng)的營銷方式有很大區(qū)別,在其銷售各環(huán)節(jié)里,最主要的部分為利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)進行的銷售的過程,這種方式也成為了很多行業(yè)中比較流行的銷售模式。近年來,電子商務(wù)手段逐漸進軍電影票售賣領(lǐng)域,售票過程中不再是以人工售賣為主,而是在其中加入了電商模式,購買人可以在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上完成購票、退票、選票等操作。在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)發(fā)展的如此迅猛的前提下,將電影售票過程與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)結(jié)合的方式勢在必行。同時這也是當(dāng)前比較符合潮流的方式,可以在很多方面改善,如可以減輕工作人員工作量、提供工作效率、為用戶帶來便利,可以使用戶足不出戶就可以買到自己想要的電影票,同時也可以在家里或者辦公室內(nèi)就可以查看實時的電影信息,更好地提升顧客的滿意程度,在多方面達(dá)到國際化水平。本文主要工作可以概括如下:首先在對當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外的電影事業(yè)、電商售賣電影票的研究現(xiàn)狀做了一定了解。其次結(jié)合當(dāng)前的各電影電商平臺的實際研究情況先后進行了系統(tǒng)需求分析工作。隨后又進行了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、總體設(shè)計、數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計、功能模塊設(shè)計開發(fā)等工作,其中系統(tǒng)主要功能包括登錄模塊、售票模塊、支付模塊、退票模塊、查詢模塊等,在數(shù)據(jù)庫方面,本系統(tǒng)主要采用MYSQL數(shù)據(jù)庫,系統(tǒng)開發(fā)語言采用Java開發(fā)語言,開發(fā)框架采用SSH框架,前臺頁面主要采用JSP開發(fā)技術(shù)。在開發(fā)完成之后,又進行了系統(tǒng)的測試工作,測試工作包括三部分,分別為環(huán)境測試、功能性測試、系統(tǒng)的壓力測試等內(nèi)容,通過這幾部分工作共同完成了測試工作。經(jīng)過測試發(fā)現(xiàn)本系統(tǒng)功能運行正常,滿足當(dāng)前消費者的需求。同時本系統(tǒng)在技術(shù)方面也采用比較先進的開發(fā)技術(shù),對于維護與更新更帶來了很多方便。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the application of Internet technology, e-commerce has gradually become the key application direction. E-commerce marketing is different from the traditional marketing methods. The main part is the process of selling on the Internet, which has become a popular sales model in many industries. In recent years, e-commerce has gradually moved into the field of film ticket sales. The process of selling tickets is no longer dominated by manual sales, but by adding an e-commerce model in which purchasers can purchase tickets, refund tickets, ballot papers and so on on the Internet. Under the premise of the rapid development of Internet technology, It is imperative to combine the film ticket sales process with the Internet. It is also a more trendy way to improve in many ways, such as reducing the workload of the staff, providing work efficiency, and bringing convenience to the users. It allows users to buy the movie tickets they want without leaving the home, and can also view real-time movie information at home or in the office, so as to improve customer satisfaction. The main work of this paper can be summarized as follows: first of all, on the current domestic and foreign film industry, The current situation of the research on the sale of movie tickets has been understood. Secondly, the system requirement analysis work has been carried out successively according to the actual research situation of various movie e-commerce platforms. Then, the structure design, the overall design, the database design have been carried out. The main functions of the system include login module, ticketing module, payment module, refund module, query module and so on. In database, the system mainly adopts MYSQL database. The system development language adopts the Java development language, the development frame adopts the SSH framework, the foreground page mainly uses the JSP development technology. After the development, the system test work is carried out, the test work includes three parts, respectively, environment test. Functional testing, system stress testing and other contents, through these parts of the work to complete the test work. After testing, it was found that the system function is running normally. At the same time, the system also adopts more advanced development technology, which brings a lot of convenience to maintenance and update.
