威屹供應鏈管理公司出口業(yè)務網絡營銷模式研究

【摘要】:2016年外貿形勢空前嚴峻和復雜,跨境電子商務卻逆勢而上成為外貿新業(yè)態(tài),已經成為推動我國外貿增長的新動力。在經濟全球化的今天,伴隨著外貿業(yè)務的萎縮,傳統(tǒng)外貿企業(yè)在積極尋求業(yè)務轉型及網絡營銷模式的變革,而創(chuàng)業(yè)者們則希望能伴隨著跨境電子商務的發(fā)展同步前進。但跨境電子商務作為新生事物,其業(yè)務模式和傳統(tǒng)外貿相比,既有相同之處,又有著很多不同的地方,其中最顯著的區(qū)別就是國際貿易打破了僅限于單位與單位之間進行的桎梏,而是有了個體網商和消費者的參與,即除了B2B模式外,還有B2C模式,甚至C2C模式,貿易參與者不再僅限于專業(yè)的外貿團隊,非專業(yè)人士的參與使得業(yè)務過程涉及的貿易風險不容忽視。因此,針對小微企業(yè)而言,選擇合適的跨境業(yè)務模式和合適的第三方跨境電商平臺顯得尤為重要。威屹公司作為一家創(chuàng)業(yè)初期的小微企業(yè),面臨著如何科學理性地選擇適合現(xiàn)階段公司發(fā)展的跨境業(yè)務模式和第三方跨境電商平臺。本文在研究過程中首先通過對威屹公司在國內四家主流跨境電商平臺的操作體驗進行了比較分析,對四家跨境電商平臺在運營上的特征和注意事項有了真實體會與感悟。其次,通過問卷調查的方式,對其他同行業(yè)競爭對手在跨境出口業(yè)務開展過程中的感受與體驗進行了調查了解。結合這兩方面的研究工作得出,威屹公司在現(xiàn)階段應該集中力量在阿里巴巴國際站主攻B2B業(yè)務,同時兼顧亞馬遜日本站的B2C業(yè)務,并據此提出了必須的政策措施和實施保障行為,為威屹公司能夠順利開展跨境電商業(yè)務提供了學術依據。
[Abstract]:In 2016 foreign trade situation unprecedented and complex, cross-border e-commerce contrarian and become a new form of foreign trade, has become a new driving force to promote China's foreign trade growth. In the economic globalization today, along with the foreign trade business shrinking, the traditional foreign trade enterprises actively seeking business transformation and network marketing model innovation, entrepreneurs want to keep pace with the development of cross-border e-commerce. But cross-border e-commerce as a new thing, its business model and compared with the traditional foreign trade, there are both similarities, they have a lot of different places, the most obvious difference is that international trade broke between the only unit and shackles, but individual operators and consumer participation, which in addition to B2B model, and B2C model, and C2C model, participants trade is no longer limited to the professional foreign trade team, non professionals The business process involves trade risk can not be ignored. Therefore, according to the Small and micro businesses, choose appropriate cross-border business model and the appropriate third party cross-border electronic business platform is very important. Wei Yi company as Small and micro businesses a startup, facing how to scientifically and rationally choose cross-border business model and third party cross-border electronic business platform suitable for the present stage of development of the company. In the process of research based on Wei Yi's experience in the four major domestic cross-border electricity supplier platform operation was analyzed and compared with real experience and insights of four cross-border electronic business platform in the operation characteristics and precautions. Secondly, through the questionnaire survey the way of other competitors in the same industry conducted a survey carried out in the feeling and experience in the process of cross-border export business. Based on these two aspects of the work that Wei Yi, the company should concentrate on the main B2B station Alibaba international business at present, and at the same time, Amazon Japan station B2C business, and puts forward the necessary policy measures and the implementation of security behavior, Wei Yi company can smoothly carry out cross-border business provides the academic basis.
