【摘要】:隨著電子商務(wù)的迅猛發(fā)展,各家商業(yè)銀行都在積極借力電子商務(wù)平臺(tái),建設(shè)各具特色的銀行電子商務(wù)。相比一般的電子商務(wù)企業(yè),商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展金融電子商務(wù)具有得天獨(dú)厚的優(yōu)勢(shì)和典型特征。本文以浦發(fā)銀行開展電子商務(wù)金融服務(wù)情況作為研究對(duì)象。作為一家有著20多年穩(wěn)健經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展史的全國(guó)股份制商業(yè)銀行,浦發(fā)銀行開展電子商務(wù)金融服務(wù)的發(fā)展歷程和現(xiàn)狀,順應(yīng)了信息技術(shù)和金融服務(wù)融合的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),又具備自身的發(fā)展特點(diǎn),其金融電子商務(wù)服務(wù)模式具有一定的代表性。首先,本文簡(jiǎn)述了研究的背景、研究方法和主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新點(diǎn),并概述了電子商務(wù)的定義、分類,分析其發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及特征。進(jìn)而,對(duì)比分析國(guó)內(nèi)外商業(yè)銀行金融電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展情況,研究電子商務(wù)在我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行金融服務(wù)中存在的問(wèn)題。針對(duì)浦發(fā)銀行而言,通過(guò)分析其目前的電子商務(wù)金融服務(wù)現(xiàn)狀,及電子商務(wù)模式應(yīng)用對(duì)浦發(fā)銀行產(chǎn)生的作用和影響,嘗試對(duì)其電子商務(wù)模式進(jìn)行分析,剖析相關(guān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)點(diǎn),并以研究結(jié)果為依據(jù),提出電子商務(wù)在浦發(fā)銀行金融服務(wù)中的策略建議。其中,本文將創(chuàng)新的構(gòu)建出電子商務(wù)在浦發(fā)銀行金融服務(wù)應(yīng)用規(guī)范體系模型,該體系模型從管理、技術(shù)、業(yè)務(wù)三個(gè)維度進(jìn)行體系描述,試對(duì)電子商務(wù)在浦發(fā)銀行金融服務(wù)中的應(yīng)用這一較新的業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域,規(guī)劃出規(guī)范的體系模型。通過(guò)以浦發(fā)銀行個(gè)人手機(jī)支付業(yè)務(wù)這一實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)示例,闡述該模型構(gòu)建的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。最后,本文將借助理論界已有的科學(xué)且嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)碾娮由虅?wù)模式評(píng)價(jià)體系,通過(guò)筆者匯總問(wèn)卷調(diào)查所得的較為客觀公正的量化評(píng)價(jià),給出對(duì)浦發(fā)銀行電子商業(yè)模式的綜合量化指標(biāo)。綜合以上分析研究,從主觀認(rèn)識(shí)、持續(xù)發(fā)展、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別等三個(gè)方面提出策略建議,并提出了幾項(xiàng)具體措施建議。唯有充分而深刻的認(rèn)識(shí)到浦發(fā)銀行金融電子商務(wù)模式的優(yōu)勢(shì)與風(fēng)險(xiǎn),才能對(duì)其進(jìn)行更加有效的管理,建立總體解決策略,整合資源及平臺(tái),實(shí)現(xiàn)更長(zhǎng)足的、可持續(xù)的增速發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of electronic commerce, each commercial bank is actively taking advantage of the electronic commerce platform to build different kinds of bank electronic commerce. The development of financial e-commerce by commercial banks has its unique advantages and typical characteristics. This paper takes the development of e-commerce financial services by shanghai development bank as the research object. As a company with more than 20 years of steady business development history. National joint-stock commercial banks, The development course and present situation of the development of financial services of Pudong Development Bank have complied with the development trend of the integration of information technology and financial services, and also have their own development characteristics, its financial e-commerce service model has certain representativeness. This paper briefly introduces the research background, research methods and main innovation points, and summarizes the definition, classification, development status and characteristics of electronic commerce. Furthermore, it compares and analyzes the development of financial electronic commerce of commercial banks at home and abroad. This paper studies the problems of electronic commerce in the financial services of commercial banks in China. According to the analysis of the current situation of the financial services of commercial banks in China, this paper analyzes the role and influence of the application of electronic commerce on the bank. This paper attempts to analyze its e-commerce model, analyze the relevant risk points, and, based on the results of the research, puts forward some strategic suggestions on the application of E-commerce in the financial services of Pudong Development Bank. In this paper, we will construct the system model of the application of E-commerce in the financial services of Pudong Development Bank, which describes the system from the three dimensions of management, technology and business. For the application of electronic commerce in the financial service of Pudong Development Bank, a relatively new business field, a standardized system model is developed. Through the practical business example of the personal mobile phone payment service of Pudong Development Bank, Finally, with the help of the existing scientific and rigorous evaluation system of electronic commerce model in the theoretical circle, the author summarizes the objective and fair quantitative evaluation obtained by the questionnaire survey. This paper gives the comprehensive quantitative index of the electronic business model of Pudong Development Bank, synthesizes the above analysis and research, and puts forward some strategic suggestions from three aspects: subjective understanding, sustainable development, risk identification, etc. Only by fully and deeply recognizing the advantages and risks of the financial e-commerce model of Pudong Development Bank, can we manage it more effectively, establish a general solution strategy, and integrate resources and platforms. To achieve greater, more sustainable growth.
