【摘要】：出版社作為圖書發(fā)行的主要機構(gòu),隨著圖書發(fā)行管理工作量迅速增加,傳統(tǒng)的信息化處理手段已經(jīng)不能滿足出版社圖書發(fā)行管理效率的需要。隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)、電子商務技術(shù)等的快速發(fā)展,各行各業(yè)都在運用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)推進管理信息化和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)化,出版社也開始在圖書的發(fā)行業(yè)務上運用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù),以期進一步降低圖書發(fā)行成本,提高出版社圖書發(fā)行工作效率。某出版社綜合圖書發(fā)行部門,為了適應互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代的圖書發(fā)行業(yè)務模式的變更,擬通過采用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)、重新定義圖書發(fā)行業(yè)務流程來提高圖書發(fā)行的管理水平,進一步拓展業(yè)務范圍,降低成本,提高利潤,為此提出了開發(fā)一個出版社網(wǎng)上圖書發(fā)行軟件系統(tǒng)。為了提出了合理的系統(tǒng)開發(fā)和實施方案,本文對該出版社網(wǎng)上圖書發(fā)行業(yè)務進行了詳細的需求分析,利用統(tǒng)一建模語言UML進行各種業(yè)務處理用例的分析,根據(jù)業(yè)務流程,并采用MARC元數(shù)據(jù)存儲技術(shù),在數(shù)據(jù)查詢系統(tǒng)的設計中采用了Skyline Query算法；采用JAVA語言作為系統(tǒng)開發(fā)工具,在系統(tǒng)前端網(wǎng)頁的設計中采用了Ajax技術(shù),并使用Jsp實現(xiàn)前端網(wǎng)頁和后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫的連接。系統(tǒng)設計方案能夠更讓出版社業(yè)務人員有效地管理圖書出版發(fā)行數(shù)據(jù)和展示信息,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)用戶可則以實現(xiàn)對圖書信息的更加快速便捷的查詢。該系統(tǒng)主要包括發(fā)行管理、發(fā)行規(guī)則管理、庫存管理和統(tǒng)計分析等模塊。發(fā)行規(guī)則包括添加規(guī)則、修改規(guī)則、刪除規(guī)則和查詢規(guī)則；發(fā)行管理包括圖書發(fā)行、發(fā)行通知和添印改版管理；庫存管理包括出入庫管理、確認舊存、報廢處理和盤庫管理；統(tǒng)計分析包括發(fā)行量分析、發(fā)行地區(qū)分析、銷售量分析和收款分析等功能。論文所描述的系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)與實施為出版社圖書的發(fā)行提供了技術(shù)保障手段,使得出版社對于圖書的發(fā)行管理都更加的輕松、便捷,較大地提高了出版社圖書發(fā)行的管理效率,產(chǎn)生了良好的經(jīng)濟和社會效益。
[Abstract]:The main body as a book issued by the press, with book distribution management workload increases rapidly, the traditional means of information processing can not meet the needs of press book distribution management efficiency. With the rapid development of Internet technology, e-commerce technology, all walks of life in the use of Internet technology to promote the management of information technology and the Internet, publishers have begun to use the Internet technology in the book publishing business, in order to further reduce the cost of book distribution, improve the work efficiency. A press publishing press comprehensive book publishing sector, in order to adapt to the Internet era of the book publishing business model change, to be through the use of Internet technology to redefine the book publishing business processes to improve the book issued by the management level, to further expand the business range, reduce costs, increase profits, therefore the development of a proposed Press online book publishing software system. In order to put forward a reasonable system development and implementation plan, the press of online book publishing business carried out a detailed needs analysis, analysis of various business case by using the unified modeling language UML, according to the business process, and using MARC metadata storage technology in the data query system design using the Skyline Query algorithm; using JAVA language as a system development tool, using Ajax technology in the design of the system in the front page, and use the Jsp to connect the front pages and background database. The design scheme of the system can make the publishing business personnel management books effectively published data and display information, Internet users can take to realize the book information more quickly and easily query. The system mainly includes issue management, issue rules management, inventory management Physical and statistical analysis module. Issue rules including add modify rules, rules, rules and delete query rules; issue management including book publishing, printing and issuing notice revision management; inventory management including storage management, confirm the old deposit, scrap processing and inventory management; statistical analysis including circulation, distribution area analysis. The function of sales analysis and collection analysis. The paper describes the system development and implementation of press books issued to provide technical support for the press release means, management books are more easy, convenient, greatly improved the efficiency of management of the press publishing, has produced good economic and social benefits.
