【摘要】：隨著電子商務(wù)在農(nóng)村的快速發(fā)展,物流配送的支撐作用顯得尤為重要,配送模式的選擇、配送信息化程度、配送管理的科學(xué)性以及配送車(chē)輛路徑規(guī)劃的合理性等都對(duì)電子商務(wù)企業(yè)的生存與發(fā)展起著至關(guān)重要的作用,因而成為目前的研究熱點(diǎn)。目前A電商企業(yè)的農(nóng)村配送物流尚處于起步階段,本文針對(duì)A電商企業(yè)農(nóng)資配送過(guò)程中的諸多問(wèn)題,首先對(duì)A企業(yè)農(nóng)村配送現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,找出其配送活動(dòng)中的不足,然后給出優(yōu)化對(duì)策和改進(jìn)方法,以期能為A企業(yè)農(nóng)村配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)的布局及改進(jìn)給予理論指導(dǎo)。本文在深入調(diào)查A企業(yè)農(nóng)資配送現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,首先對(duì)A電商企業(yè)在農(nóng)資配送方面存在的不足進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)性分析,詳細(xì)闡述了A電商企業(yè)農(nóng)資配送過(guò)程中的關(guān)鍵性問(wèn)題,并從物流模式的選擇、配送管理的改進(jìn)以及信息平臺(tái)構(gòu)建三個(gè)維度給出了具體優(yōu)化對(duì)策。然后,重點(diǎn)針對(duì)A企業(yè)村鎮(zhèn)配送成本高、車(chē)輛滿(mǎn)載率低的情況進(jìn)行配送路徑的優(yōu)化,建立了反應(yīng)A企業(yè)農(nóng)資配送實(shí)際情況的車(chē)輛路徑優(yōu)化的數(shù)學(xué)模型,并采用遺傳算法求解該問(wèn)題。最后,以山西省晉中市配送中心的實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù)為例,利用Matlab軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)了求解該實(shí)例的遺傳算法程序,并進(jìn)一步引入并分析了多車(chē)型配送模式。通過(guò)優(yōu)化前后配送里程、車(chē)輛滿(mǎn)載率、配送成本以及客戶(hù)滿(mǎn)意度等方面的對(duì)比分析,證明本文所提出的優(yōu)化對(duì)策及改進(jìn)算法可以有效的提高A電商企業(yè)農(nóng)資配送的效益和效率。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of electronic commerce in rural areas, the supporting role of logistics distribution is particularly important, the choice of distribution mode, the degree of distribution information, The scientific nature of distribution management and the rationality of vehicle routing planning play an important role in the survival and development of e-commerce enterprises. At present, the rural distribution logistics of A e-commerce enterprise is still in its infancy. This paper, aiming at many problems in the process of agricultural distribution of A e-commerce enterprise, firstly analyzes the present situation of rural distribution in A enterprise. In order to provide theoretical guidance for the layout and improvement of rural distribution network in enterprise A, this paper makes a thorough investigation of the present situation of agricultural distribution in enterprise A. First of all, this paper systematically analyzes the shortcomings of A e-commerce enterprise in agricultural material distribution, expounds the key problems in the process of agricultural material distribution in A e-commerce enterprise, and chooses the logistics mode. The improvement of distribution management and the construction of information platform give the specific optimization countermeasures. Secondly, the optimization of distribution path is focused on the situation that the cost of distribution is high and the vehicle full load rate is low. The mathematical model of vehicle routing optimization for agricultural material distribution in A enterprise is established, and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem. Finally, taking the actual data of distribution center in Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province as an example, The genetic algorithm program for solving this example is realized by using Matlab software, and the multi-model distribution mode is further introduced and analyzed. By optimizing the distribution mileage, vehicle full load rate, distribution cost and customer satisfaction, etc. It is proved that the optimization strategy and the improved algorithm proposed in this paper can effectively improve the benefit and efficiency of agricultural material distribution in E-business enterprises.
