【摘要】：調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),隨著我國傳統(tǒng)外貿(mào)轉型升級,作為新業(yè)態(tài)之一的跨境電商行業(yè)迫切需要具有實踐能力的中高職層次人才,但目前職業(yè)院校人才培養(yǎng)的數(shù)量和質(zhì)量遠遠未能滿足行業(yè)發(fā)展的要求,專業(yè)定位不明確致使對接跨境電商人才培養(yǎng)的專業(yè)多樣化,師資力量嚴重匱乏,培養(yǎng)的人才實踐能力弱。應采取整合中高職銜接專業(yè)群,改革人才培養(yǎng)模式,構建專業(yè)群平臺課程體系,校企共建教師團隊等對策,協(xié)同培養(yǎng)跨境電商復合型人才。
[Abstract]:The investigation found that with the transformation and upgrading of China's traditional foreign trade, the cross-border ecommerce industry, as one of the new forms of business, urgently needs talents at the middle and higher vocational level with practical ability. However, at present, the quantity and quality of personnel training in vocational colleges and universities are far from meeting the requirements of the development of the industry, and the lack of professional orientation leads to the diversification of the specialties only trained by cross-border electric traders, and the serious shortage of teachers. It is necessary to integrate the middle and higher vocational colleges to join the professional group, to reform the talent training mode, to construct the curriculum system of the specialty group platform, to build the teachers' team together, and to train the cross-border ecommerce talents in cooperation.
