【摘要】:物流管理和電子商務(wù)近些年逐漸受到諸多學(xué)者和各層管理者的重視,,而基于電子商務(wù)的物流管理也有著自己的高速增值發(fā)展。網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息的飛快進(jìn)化,對(duì)促進(jìn)物流管理與電子商務(wù)的相互結(jié)合起著舉足輕重的作用。所以對(duì)基于電子商務(wù)的物流管理系統(tǒng)的研究,既是理論研究,也有迫切的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 整個(gè)系統(tǒng)功能的生命周期都以訂單為核心。產(chǎn)生訂單--接受訂單--處理訂單--訂單配貨--訂單送貨--貨物發(fā)送到客戶手中,訂單結(jié)束。主要實(shí)現(xiàn)四個(gè)功能模塊:庫房管理功能,客服中心功能,調(diào)度中心功能和配送中心功能。中心庫房管理員根據(jù)要求完成日期查詢要調(diào)撥的貨物調(diào)撥單,系統(tǒng)列出調(diào)撥單列表、用戶選擇要調(diào)撥的貨物調(diào)撥單、根據(jù)分站信息列出每個(gè)分站所選調(diào)撥單所包含的商品信息及出庫數(shù)量?头行陌ǹ蛻艄芾怼⒂唵、退訂、信息查詢等功能。調(diào)度中心主要包括手動(dòng)調(diào)度和自動(dòng)調(diào)度。自動(dòng)調(diào)度功能為當(dāng)客服傳過來的訂單有執(zhí)行任務(wù)分站時(shí),可以對(duì)訂單進(jìn)行自動(dòng)調(diào)度,該操作可以不用人工觸發(fā),由系統(tǒng)實(shí)時(shí)執(zhí)行。手動(dòng)調(diào)度功能為當(dāng)客戶傳過來的訂單沒有描述執(zhí)行任務(wù)分站時(shí),對(duì)訂單手工指定執(zhí)行任務(wù)分站。配送中心是對(duì)倉庫及貨物進(jìn)行管理。 本系統(tǒng)使用JAVA作為開發(fā)平臺(tái),在Java平臺(tái)上使用MyEclipse等開發(fā)工具,利用Oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫以及Tomcat服務(wù)器的使用來對(duì)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行開發(fā)運(yùn)作。系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)還采用了Web和J2EE技術(shù)作為開發(fā)工具。 本論文設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)了一套物流管理系統(tǒng),面向電子商務(wù)。系統(tǒng)采用B/S架構(gòu),此種架構(gòu)管理軟件只安裝在服務(wù)器端,用戶界面在服務(wù)器端完全通過萬維網(wǎng)瀏覽器實(shí)現(xiàn),減小了服務(wù)器的負(fù)擔(dān);谟蒆ibernate和Struts技術(shù)搭建的J2EE平臺(tái),遵循Web三層架構(gòu)模式,是一個(gè)可移植的、安全的和穩(wěn)定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)平臺(tái)系統(tǒng)。論文中將信息化和規(guī)范化融入到系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)中,有效提高了企業(yè)在物流管理流程中的效率。文章最后對(duì)所設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了登錄模塊、庫房管理模塊、配送管理模塊以及客服中心模塊進(jìn)行了分別測(cè)試和集成測(cè)試。測(cè)試結(jié)果說明所設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)可實(shí)現(xiàn)性和可操作性較強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:Logistics management and electronic commerce have been paid more and more attention by many scholars and managers in recent years, and the logistics management based on electronic commerce also has its own rapid value-added development. It plays an important role in promoting the combination of logistics management and electronic commerce, so the study of logistics management system based on electronic commerce is not only a theoretical study, but also an urgent practical significance. The life cycle of the whole system function is centered on order. Order generation-receiving order-processing order-order distribution-order delivery-goods are sent to the customer. End of order. Mainly realize four function modules: storehouse management function, customer service center function, dispatch center function and distribution center function. The system lists the allocation list, the user selects the goods allocation list to be allocated, and according to the sub-station information, lists the commodity information and the quantity out of the warehouse. The customer service center includes customer management, order, cancellation, etc. Information query and other functions. The dispatching center mainly includes manual scheduling and automatic scheduling. The automatic scheduling function is that when the customer service order has a sub-station to execute tasks, the order can be automatically scheduled, and the operation can be triggered without manual operation. The manual scheduling function is to manually specify the execution sub-station of the order when the order from the customer does not describe the execution sub-station. The distribution center is to manage the warehouse and goods. The system uses JAVA as the development platform, MyEclipse and other development tools on the Java platform, and uses the Oracle database and Tomcat server to develop and operate the whole system. The system design also uses Web and J2EE technology as the development tools. This paper designs and develops a set of logistics management system, which is oriented to electronic commerce. The system adopts B / S architecture. This architecture management software is only installed on the server side, and the user interface is implemented entirely through the World wide Web browser. Based on the J2EE platform built by Hibernate and Struts technology, it is a portable, secure and stable standard platform system, which follows the Web three-tier architecture pattern. In this paper, informatization and standardization are integrated into the system design. It effectively improves the efficiency of the enterprise in the logistics management process. Finally, the paper carries on the login module, the warehouse management module to the designed system, The distribution management module and the customer service center module are tested and integrated respectively. The test results show that the system designed is feasible and operable.
