【摘要】:近年來,隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)電子商務(wù)平臺的迅速成長,網(wǎng)上購物已經(jīng)成為人們生活中不可或缺的一種途徑。面對與日俱增的線上交易,如何保證線下快件的及時送達(dá)是每個快遞企業(yè)的首要責(zé)任。快遞企業(yè)現(xiàn)有的車輛資源足以保證平日里網(wǎng)絡(luò)購物交易量的需求,但遇到節(jié)日打折期間暴增的交易量,就顯得有些力不從心。若為此增加企業(yè)車輛資源,不僅投入大,而且降低了該資源的利用率,使得快遞企業(yè)將面臨成本增高,效益降低的局面,在整個快遞業(yè)的競爭力也會下降。如何利用快遞企業(yè)現(xiàn)有的車輛資源來解決快遞暴增的情形是一個重要的研究問題。本文對電子商務(wù)環(huán)境下的快遞企業(yè)共同配送模式下的車輛調(diào)度問題進(jìn)行了研究,根據(jù)車輛路段等待時間確定和車輛路段等待時間不確定這兩個情形的特點,研究了快遞企業(yè)的車輛調(diào)度問題,具體分為以下四個子問題:路段等待時間確定情形下的單配送中心快遞企業(yè)共同配送車輛調(diào)度問題、路段等待時間確定情形下的多配送中心快遞企業(yè)共同配送車輛調(diào)度問題、路段等待時間不確定情形下的單配送中心快遞企業(yè)共同配送車輛魯棒調(diào)度問題以及路段等待時間不確定情形下的多配送中心快遞企業(yè)共同配送車輛魯棒調(diào)度問題,并考慮快遞企業(yè)的運輸總成本和運行總時間這兩個目標(biāo)函數(shù),建立了路段等待時間確定情形下的單配送中心快遞企業(yè)共同配送車輛調(diào)度多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化模型、路段等待時間確定情形下的多配送中心快遞企業(yè)共同配送車輛調(diào)度多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化模型、路段等待時間不確定情形下的單配送中心快遞企業(yè)共同配送車輛魯棒調(diào)度多目標(biāo)魯棒優(yōu)化模型以及路段等待時間不確定情形下的多配送中心快遞企業(yè)共同配送車輛魯棒調(diào)度多目標(biāo)魯棒優(yōu)化模型,并結(jié)合問題各自的特點,以NSGA-Ⅱ算法為主要框架設(shè)計了用來求解這四個子問題的多目標(biāo)遺傳算法。本文針對每一個子問題都進(jìn)行了算例應(yīng)用研究,算例結(jié)果表明本文設(shè)計的多目標(biāo)遺傳算法可有效解決所提出的問題,并能夠找到一系列的快遞企業(yè)共同配送車輛調(diào)度方案,不僅如此,還對比分析了是否采用共同配送模式所得到的車輛調(diào)度方案的差異,并發(fā)現(xiàn)采用魯棒優(yōu)化理論所得到的結(jié)果相比較傳統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化方法得到的結(jié)果穩(wěn)定性更強,對快遞企業(yè)的決策者在選擇車輛調(diào)度方案這一問題上有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid growth of Internet e-commerce platform, online shopping has become an indispensable way in people's lives. How to ensure the timely delivery of offline express mail is the primary responsibility of every express delivery company. The existing vehicle resources of express delivery enterprises are sufficient to ensure the demand for online shopping transactions on weekdays, but the volume of transactions during holiday discounts increases dramatically. If we increase the vehicle resources for this reason, we will not only invest a lot, but also reduce the utilization rate of this resource, so that the express delivery enterprises will be faced with the situation of higher costs and lower benefits. The competitiveness of express delivery industry will also decline. How to use the existing vehicle resources of express delivery enterprises to solve the situation of express delivery boom is an important research problem. In this paper, the vehicle scheduling problem based on the model is studied. According to the characteristics of vehicle section waiting time determination and vehicle section waiting time uncertainty, the vehicle scheduling problem of express delivery enterprises is studied. It can be divided into the following four sub-problems: single distribution center courier enterprise joint distribution vehicle scheduling problem under the condition of road section waiting time determination, and multi-distribution center express delivery enterprise joint distribution vehicle scheduling problem under the condition of section waiting time determination. In the case of uncertain waiting time of road section, the problem of joint distribution vehicle robust scheduling problem of single distribution center express delivery enterprise and multi-distribution center express delivery enterprise joint distribution vehicle robust scheduling problem under the uncertain waiting time of road section. Considering the two objective functions of total transportation cost and total operating time of express delivery enterprises, a multi-objective optimization model of joint distribution vehicle scheduling of single distribution center express enterprises is established under the condition of road section waiting time. Multi-objective optimization model for joint distribution vehicle scheduling of multi-distribution center express delivery enterprises under the condition of road section waiting time determination.
