【摘要】：脫胎于比特幣的底層支持技術———區(qū)塊鏈,隨著加密數字貨幣的飛速發(fā)展,其自身具有的去中心化、時間戳、透明性、時序性、抗篡改、防偽溯源、安全和可編程等特性引起了各大財團及政府部門的高度重視。與此同時,電子商務的發(fā)展需要新技術為之創(chuàng)新。區(qū)塊鏈與電子商務經濟的融合將有助于解決電子商務發(fā)展中的諸多問題,甚至將為電子商務帶來根本性的變革。文章在總結區(qū)塊鏈特點的基礎上,結合國內外先進經驗,介紹了區(qū)塊鏈在現有的電子商務模式下創(chuàng)新應用,剖析了去中心化的電子商務新模式,探討了基于區(qū)塊鏈的政府對電子商務貿易監(jiān)管的技術突破。
[Abstract]:The bottom from bitcoin support technology, block chain, with the rapid development of digital encryption currency, its to the center, time stamp, transparency, timing, anti tampering, traceability, security and programmable features attracted the attention of the large corporations and government departments. At the same time. The electronic commerce development needs innovation of new technology for fusion. Block chain and e-commerce economy will help to solve many problems in the development of e-commerce, and will bring fundamental changes to the electronic commerce. Based on the characteristics of the block chain, combined with the advanced experience at home and abroad, introduces the block in the chain under the existing e-commerce model innovation application, analyzes the new mode of electronic commerce to the center, discusses the breakthrough blockchain government trade regulation in electronic commerce based on technology.
