【摘要】：文章通過對在校大學生網(wǎng)絡創(chuàng)業(yè)績效的影響因素進行梳理,構建個人因素、社會背景、創(chuàng)業(yè)動機和創(chuàng)業(yè)意愿與創(chuàng)業(yè)績效關系模型,運用問卷調(diào)查方法,開展大學生網(wǎng)絡創(chuàng)業(yè)績效影響因素的研究,并利用實地調(diào)查獲得的數(shù)據(jù),采用結構方程模型進行實證分析。研究結論表明:影響大學生網(wǎng)絡創(chuàng)業(yè)績效的因素由大到小依次為個人因素、創(chuàng)業(yè)意愿、創(chuàng)業(yè)動機、社會背景;創(chuàng)業(yè)意愿具有中介作用,即個人因素、創(chuàng)業(yè)動機和社會背景,通過創(chuàng)業(yè)意愿對在校大學生網(wǎng)絡創(chuàng)業(yè)績效產(chǎn)生間接作用。最后,從學生、學校和社會三方面提出了提升大學生網(wǎng)絡創(chuàng)業(yè)績效的建議,以期激發(fā)高校的創(chuàng)業(yè)活力。
[Abstract]:By combing the influencing factors of college students' network entrepreneurial performance, this paper constructs a model of the relationship between personal factors, social background, entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial willingness and entrepreneurial performance. To carry out the research on the influencing factors of college students' online entrepreneurial performance, and to use the data obtained from the field survey, The empirical analysis using structural equation model shows that the factors that affect the performance of college students' network entrepreneurship are personal factors, entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial motivation, social background, and entrepreneurial willingness, which play an intermediary role. That is, personal factors, entrepreneurial motivation and social background, through entrepreneurial willingness to produce indirect effects on college students' online entrepreneurial performance. Finally, from the students, schools and society three aspects to improve the performance of college students network entrepreneurial recommendations. In order to stimulate the entrepreneurial vitality of colleges and universities.
