【摘要】：“一帶一路”的提出為創(chuàng)業(yè)者帶來了大量商機(jī),也增加了語言輸出。加上我國長期的“走出去”戰(zhàn)略,對(duì)外商事交流頻繁,創(chuàng)業(yè)人數(shù)激增,尤其是電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)的發(fā)展給眾多創(chuàng)業(yè)者帶來了更多機(jī)會(huì)。而我國雖有《公司法》以及眾多商事法律,但是這些法律也只是給出了公司注冊(cè)的條件以及規(guī)定了如何調(diào)整商事主體之間的關(guān)系,并無具體有關(guān)創(chuàng)業(yè)的實(shí)體法律程序指導(dǎo)�；诖�,筆者選擇了Business Law Basics:A Legal Handbook for Online Entrepreneurs and Startup Businesses一書。該書圍繞創(chuàng)業(yè)初期應(yīng)注意的法律程序、合同、公司名稱、注冊(cè)等問題作了詳盡而專業(yè)的說明和指導(dǎo),雖為手冊(cè)性質(zhì),但內(nèi)容深入淺出、操作性強(qiáng),實(shí)用性強(qiáng),為不可多得的電商創(chuàng)業(yè)法律指南。本文即是該創(chuàng)業(yè)法律手冊(cè)的翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告,共分為五個(gè)部分。第一部分為任務(wù)描述,主要介紹了本文的寫作背景,所翻譯文本的內(nèi)容概括及其能給創(chuàng)業(yè)者提供的法律幫助;第二部分介紹了文本的翻譯過程,每個(gè)階段的任務(wù)及所用時(shí)間;第三部分提取出所含法律術(shù)語,對(duì)翻譯過程中所遇到的專業(yè)法律詞匯及難以理解的句子進(jìn)行分析,詳細(xì)闡釋對(duì)翻譯問題的思考及解決過程,并給出最后的翻譯結(jié)果;第四部分對(duì)翻譯過程中所遇到的困難及未解決的問題做出論述,包括此類文本口語化的表達(dá)方式和法律內(nèi)容相結(jié)合而帶來的翻譯難題;第五部分為結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:The proposal of "Belt and Road" has brought a lot of business opportunities to entrepreneurs and increased the output of language. In addition to our country's long-term "going out" strategy, foreign commercial exchanges have been frequent and the number of entrepreneurs has soared. In particular, the development of e-commerce platform has brought more opportunities to many entrepreneurs. However, these laws only give the conditions for company registration and how to adjust the relationship between commercial subjects, and there is no specific substantive legal procedure guidance on entrepreneurship. The author chooses Business Law Basics:A Legal Handbook for Online Entrepreneurs and Startup Businesses. The book focuses on the legal procedure, contract, company name, registration and so on. However, this paper is the translation practice report of this handbook, which is divided into five parts. The first part is the task description. This paper mainly introduces the background of the text, the content of the translated text and the legal help it can provide to the entrepreneurs. The second part introduces the translation process, the tasks and the time used in each stage. In the third part, the author extracts the legal terms, analyzes the professional legal vocabulary and difficult sentences in the process of translation, explains in detail the thinking and solving process of translation problems, and gives the final translation results. Part 4th discusses the difficulties encountered in the process of translation and the unsolved problems, including the translation difficulties caused by the combination of colloquial expressions and legal content; part 5th is the conclusion.
