【摘要】：BG鋼鐵公司是國內(nèi)中國現(xiàn)代化程度最高、最具競爭力的大型國有鋼鐵企業(yè)。BG鋼鐵公司年產(chǎn)鋼材3000萬噸,同時(shí)在生成過程中產(chǎn)生大量的廢舊物資,平均每年的廢舊物資的銷售額在30多億元左右。隨著鋼鐵行業(yè)的產(chǎn)能嚴(yán)重過剩,鋼材正品的價(jià)格持續(xù)下跌,鋼廠越來越重視對廢舊物資的處置流程和方式,如何能利用成熟的網(wǎng)絡(luò)競價(jià)模式挖掘廢舊物資價(jià)值為企業(yè)能夠帶來新的效益增長點(diǎn)是本文研究的重點(diǎn)。本文以BG鋼鐵公司的廢舊物資處置流程為研究方案,首先對BG鋼鐵公司主要的廢舊物資進(jìn)行分類,多維度的剖析廢舊物資的特點(diǎn)和交易習(xí)慣。其次分析基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)的各種競價(jià)方式,包含自由報(bào)價(jià)、公開增價(jià)、加權(quán)平均、浮動(dòng)競價(jià)等模式,探討各種競價(jià)模式的特點(diǎn),重點(diǎn)研究如何將競價(jià)模式和不同的廢舊物資進(jìn)行結(jié)合。BG鋼鐵公司如何將不同的品種找到適合的競價(jià)模式。BG鋼鐵公司處置的廢舊物資包括鋼材廢次材、可利用材、廢舊資財(cái)、廢舊設(shè)備以及廢鋼等品種,這些品種的廢舊物資品類不同、材質(zhì)不同、面對的客戶群體不同以及可利用價(jià)值不同。所以將現(xiàn)有的廢舊物資進(jìn)行科學(xué)系統(tǒng)的分類,配套不同的競價(jià)模式來達(dá)到廢舊物資處置價(jià)格的利益最大化。同時(shí),不同的品種適用的競價(jià)方式也不是一成不變的,要不斷根據(jù)客戶參與程度、市場行情、庫存壓力等情況適時(shí)的進(jìn)行調(diào)整。廢舊物資處置業(yè)務(wù)中如何確保買賣雙方的合同貨物和資金安全;隨著目前電子商務(wù)的不斷發(fā)展,不見面交易以及O2O模式的日趨成熟,通過傳統(tǒng)的紙質(zhì)合同簽署已經(jīng)逐漸的無法滿足BG鋼鐵公司對業(yè)務(wù)的需要,BG鋼鐵公司需要一種更加安全便捷的方式來實(shí)現(xiàn)廢舊物資處置業(yè)務(wù)流程的短、平、快。其次客戶在提貨階段時(shí)需要貨款和貨物的匹配,傳統(tǒng)的銀行結(jié)算方式很難滿足交貨數(shù)量和重量不確定的情況下的支付,第三方的支付平臺的價(jià)值和作用就體現(xiàn)出來,BG鋼鐵公司通過和有支付牌照的第三方支付公司合作,由第三方的支付公司為BG鋼鐵公司和買方客戶提供第三方支付功能。通過本文的研究和分析,提出不同廢舊物資最優(yōu)的競價(jià)處置方案�？梢员ＷC廢舊物資處置在公開、公平、公正的前提下為BG鋼鐵公司提高處置效率的同時(shí)又實(shí)現(xiàn)銷售價(jià)格的最大化。
[Abstract]:BG Iron and Steel Company is the largest state-owned steel company with the highest degree of modernization and the most competitive power in China. It produces 30 million tons of steel per year, and a large amount of waste materials are produced during the process of production. The average annual sales of waste materials is more than 3 billion yuan. With the heavy overcapacity in the steel industry and the continuous decline in the prices of genuine steel products, steel mills are paying more and more attention to the process and methods of disposal of waste materials. How to make use of the mature network bidding mode to excavate the waste material value for the enterprise can bring the new benefit growth point is the focal point of this paper. This paper takes the BG iron and steel company's waste material disposal process as the research plan. Firstly, the main scrap materials of BG Iron and Steel Company are classified, and the characteristics and trading habits of waste materials are analyzed in many dimensions. Secondly, various bidding methods based on network are analyzed, including free quotation, open price increase, weighted average, etc. This paper discusses the characteristics of various bidding modes, such as floating bidding. Focus on how to combine bidding mode with different scrap materials. BG Steel Company how to find suitable bidding mode. BG Steel Company to dispose of scrap materials including steel scrap materials, available materials, waste assets, Waste equipment and scrap steel and other varieties, these varieties of waste materials and materials are different, facing different customer groups and different available value. So the existing waste materials are classified scientifically and systematically. Matching different bidding modes to maximize the benefit of the disposal price of used and spent materials. At the same time, the bidding methods applicable to different varieties are not static, they should constantly be based on the degree of customer participation and the market. How to ensure the security of contract goods and funds between buyers and sellers in the disposal of waste and used materials; with the continuous development of electronic commerce at present, no meeting transaction and the maturity of O2O mode, The signing of traditional paper contracts has gradually failed to meet the business needs of BG Steel Company. BG Steel Company needs a more secure and convenient way to achieve the short and flat business process of disposal of used and end-of-life materials. Second, the customer needs to match the payment for goods with the goods during the delivery stage, and the traditional bank settlement method is very difficult to meet the payment in the case of uncertain quantity and weight of delivery. The value and role of third-party payment platforms is reflected in the fact that BG Steel works with third-party payment companies with payment licenses. The third-party payment company provides the third party payment function for BG Steel Company and buyer's customer. Through the research and analysis of this paper, the optimal bidding disposal scheme of different waste materials is put forward, which can ensure that the disposal of waste materials is open and fair. Under the premise of justice, BG Iron and Steel Company to improve the disposal efficiency while maximizing the sales price.
