【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的普及,以電子商務(wù)為代表的知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)在全世界得到飛速發(fā)展,跨境電子商務(wù)已經(jīng)成為國(guó)際貿(mào)易的新方式,也成為了湖北省經(jīng)濟(jì)新的增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。本文綜合數(shù)據(jù)分析在研究本省跨境電商近年來(lái)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及凸顯優(yōu)勢(shì)的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了其運(yùn)行中出現(xiàn)的有關(guān)物流配套差,通關(guān)不暢、支付風(fēng)險(xiǎn)高、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量低和專(zhuān)業(yè)人才匱乏等方面的問(wèn)題,進(jìn)而提出一些有針對(duì)性的可行性建議,為政府進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化市場(chǎng)運(yùn)作環(huán)境,企業(yè)進(jìn)一步提高自身運(yùn)作實(shí)力具有一定的實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:With the globalization of economy and the popularization of information network, the knowledge economy represented by electronic commerce has developed rapidly all over the world, and cross-border electronic commerce has become a new way of international trade. This paper has also become a new economic growth point in Hubei Province. On the basis of studying the current development situation and prominent advantages of cross-border e-commerce in this province in recent years, this paper analyzes the poor logistics and customs clearance in its operation. Such problems as high risk of payment, low product quality and lack of professional personnel, etc., and then put forward some targeted feasibility suggestions to further optimize the market operation environment for the government. Enterprises further improve their own operational strength has a certain practical significance.
