安徽省農(nóng)業(yè)電子商務(wù)發(fā)展對策研究

【摘要】:隨著步入二十一世紀(jì)以來,計算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)迅速發(fā)展,電子商務(wù)的出現(xiàn)將網(wǎng)絡(luò)時代推向了一個新的起點(diǎn),把人類帶到了信息化社會。與此同時隨著中國改革開放的不斷推進(jìn)與市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體系的不斷完善,農(nóng)業(yè)與農(nóng)村的經(jīng)濟(jì)正經(jīng)歷著深刻的變革,農(nóng)業(yè)需要大力發(fā)展電子商務(wù)的呼聲持續(xù)高漲。農(nóng)業(yè)電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展,能夠有效地解決農(nóng)村小生產(chǎn)與大市場之間的矛盾。本文從戰(zhàn)略性的角度來分析安徽省發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)電子商務(wù)的可行性并且通過文獻(xiàn)查閱、比較分析的方法來分析安徽省目前發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)電子商務(wù)過程中存在的問題,最后通過研究分析提出了相關(guān)的對策建議。本文的主要觀點(diǎn)認(rèn)為隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代的到來,電子商務(wù)加農(nóng)業(yè)是大勢所趨,農(nóng)業(yè)又是支撐性產(chǎn)業(yè),因此安徽省有責(zé)任發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)電子商務(wù),也有義務(wù)鼓勵督促企業(yè)或者個人發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)電子商務(wù),本人通過對安徽省發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)電子商務(wù)的外部發(fā)展環(huán)境進(jìn)行了SWOT分析以及對安徽省發(fā)展電子商務(wù)提出了相關(guān)建議。本文主要研究結(jié)論有:第一,要加強(qiáng)安徽省基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),保持網(wǎng)絡(luò)的暢通;第二,加強(qiáng)涉農(nóng)網(wǎng)站建設(shè),鼓勵企業(yè)或者農(nóng)民參與到農(nóng)業(yè)電子商務(wù)中;第三,培養(yǎng)農(nóng)業(yè)信息人才,提高農(nóng)民素質(zhì),只有具備相關(guān)人才并且農(nóng)民具有高素質(zhì),這樣才能更好的利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng);第四,建立高效的物流體系;第五,提升品牌效益,只有這樣才能夠提升安徽省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品在中國市場以及國際市場的競爭力;第六,加大信用體系建設(shè),這是農(nóng)業(yè)電子商務(wù)順利發(fā)展的重要保障。本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)有:第一,利用了SWOT分析法,從外部環(huán)境全方位的分析了安徽省發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)電子商務(wù)的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)遇和威脅;第二,查閱了大量數(shù)據(jù),利用類比、對比法分析了安徽省農(nóng)業(yè)電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。本文的構(gòu)成主要有以下七部分:一,引言部分。主要包括研究背景、研究意義、研究現(xiàn)狀等。二,理論基礎(chǔ)部分。主要闡述了電子商務(wù)的概念以及特征、電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展階段、農(nóng)業(yè)電子商務(wù)的概念與內(nèi)涵、農(nóng)業(yè)電子商務(wù)模式、農(nóng)業(yè)信息化的定義、農(nóng)業(yè)電子商務(wù)發(fā)展的基本要素以及發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)電子商務(wù)的意義。三,安徽省農(nóng)業(yè)電子商務(wù)現(xiàn)狀分析。四,安徽省農(nóng)業(yè)電子商務(wù)SWOT分析。五,國內(nèi)外農(nóng)業(yè)電子商務(wù)有益經(jīng)驗(yàn)。六,長豐草莓案例分析。七,對策建議。就安徽省發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)電子商務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀提出了幾點(diǎn)相關(guān)建議,以期安徽省農(nóng)業(yè)電子商務(wù)在將來能夠有更好的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer network since 21th century, the emergence of electronic commerce has pushed the network era to a new starting point. At the same time, with the continuous promotion of China's reform and opening up and the continuous improvement of the market economy system, agriculture and rural economy are undergoing profound changes. Agricultural needs to vigorously develop e-commerce voice continues to rise. Agricultural e-commerce development. It can effectively solve the contradiction between rural small-scale production and large market. This paper analyzes the feasibility of the development of agricultural e-commerce in Anhui Province from a strategic point of view and through literature review. The methods of comparative analysis are used to analyze the problems existing in the development of agricultural electronic commerce in Anhui Province. Finally, through the research and analysis of the relevant countermeasures and suggestions. The main point of view of this paper is that with the advent of the Internet era, e-commerce plus agriculture is the trend of the times, and agriculture is a supporting industry. Therefore, Anhui Province has the responsibility to develop agricultural e-commerce, also has the obligation to encourage enterprises or individuals to develop agricultural e-commerce. Through the development of agricultural e-commerce in Anhui Province external development environment of SWOT analysis and development of e-commerce in Anhui Province put forward relevant recommendations. The main conclusions of this paper are: first. It is necessary to strengthen the infrastructure construction of Anhui Province and keep the network unimpeded; Second, strengthen the construction of agriculture-related websites to encourage enterprises or farmers to participate in agricultural e-commerce; Third, cultivate agricultural information talents, improve the quality of farmers, only have relevant talents and farmers with high quality, so as to make better use of the Internet; 4th, establish an efficient logistics system; Only in 5th, can we enhance the competitiveness of Anhui agricultural products in the Chinese market and the international market. 6th, increase the construction of credit system, which is an important guarantee for the smooth development of agricultural e-commerce. The innovations of this paper are: first, the use of SWOT analysis method. From the external environment, the paper analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of developing agricultural electronic commerce in Anhui Province. Second, we have consulted a large number of data, using analogy, comparative analysis of the current situation of agricultural e-commerce in Anhui Province. The composition of this paper mainly includes the following seven parts: first, the introduction part. Mainly includes the research background. Research significance, research status and so on. Second, the theoretical basis part. Mainly elaborated the electronic commerce concept and the characteristic, the electronic commerce development stage, the agricultural electronic commerce concept and the connotation, the agriculture electronic commerce pattern. The definition of agricultural informatization, the basic elements of agricultural electronic commerce development and the significance of developing agricultural electronic commerce. Third, the analysis of the current situation of agricultural electronic commerce in Anhui Province. 4. Anhui Province agricultural e-commerce SWOT analysis. 5, domestic and foreign agricultural e-commerce beneficial experience. Six, Changfeng strawberry case analysis. Seven. This paper puts forward some relevant suggestions on the present situation of agricultural electronic commerce in Anhui province in order to have a better development in the future.
