亞馬遜盈利模式研究

【摘要】:電子商務的產(chǎn)生,帶領和發(fā)展了新型的網(wǎng)絡經(jīng)濟,同時也為經(jīng)濟全球化的加速貢獻了一份力量。近三年來,我國B2C跨境電商平臺如雨后春筍般應運而生,不論是老企業(yè)進入新的領域,還是新企業(yè)的加入,都代表著我國的電商開始慢慢進入到了另一個階段。縱觀我國B2C電商市場,不難發(fā)現(xiàn)在這之中個別大企業(yè)占絕對優(yōu)勢地位,而小企業(yè)逐漸被擠出市場,可如果與發(fā)達國家的成熟企業(yè)相比,還會發(fā)現(xiàn)很大的差距。而亞馬遜作為在B2C電子商務領域中的先行者,它的盈利模式,對我國的B2C跨境電商企業(yè)有很好的學習和借鑒意義。本文運用了理論研究與案例研究相結合的方法,不斷地探索B2C跨境電商盈利模式的特征,總結運行過程中的一般規(guī)律,可以為我國的B2C跨境電商盈利模式的構建提供一些理論和實踐方面的意見,進而可以為我國的電商企業(yè)提升其核心競爭力,推動整個行業(yè)的發(fā)展。除此之外,近幾年B2C跨境電商在電商市場中所占的比例越來越大,深入研究B2C跨境電商的市場規(guī)律與企業(yè)盈利方針,有助于更好地促進B2C跨境電商企業(yè)的發(fā)展。在企業(yè)經(jīng)營過程中盈利模式的重要性不言而喻,亞馬遜作為B2C跨境電商的先行者,它的盈利模式不管在技術上還是在管理上,各個方面都有成功之處。作為興起還比較晚的中國B2C跨境電商企業(yè),是可以學習和借鑒亞馬遜的成功經(jīng)驗,也吸取曾經(jīng)面臨過的經(jīng)營中遇到的失敗的教訓,同時為我國正在處于醞釀階段的B2C跨境電商企業(yè)提供一些經(jīng)驗和借鑒。
[Abstract]:The emergence of e-commerce, and led the development of a new network economy, but also a contribution to the acceleration of economic globalization. In the past three years, China's cross-border electronic business platform such as B2C like bamboo shoots after a spring rain came into being, whether it is the old enterprises to enter the new field, or the new enterprise to join, represented in China business began to enter into another stage. Throughout our B2C business market, it is not difficult to find in the individual large enterprises occupy an absolute dominant position, while small enterprises are gradually out of the market, if compared to the mature enterprises and developed countries, will find a big gap. And as a pioneer in the field of electronic B2C Amazon in business, its profit model, have good learning and reference for China's B2C cross-border business enterprise. This paper uses the method of combination of theoretical research and case research, constantly explore cross-border electricity B2C The characteristics of business profit model, summed up the general rules in the operation process, can provide some theoretical and practical advice to the construction of China's B2C cross-border electricity supplier profit model, which can enhance the core competitiveness of our business enterprise, promote the development of the whole industry. In addition, in recent years, B2C cross-border electricity supplier in the electricity market accounted for a growing proportion of the laws of the market and enterprise research of B2C cross-border electricity supplier profit objectives, help to better promote the development of cross-border electricity supplier companies. B2C is important in the course of business profit model is self-evident, as a forerunner of the Amazon B2C cross-border electricity supplier, its profit model in technical or management, all aspects of success. As the rise is relatively late Chinese B2C cross-border business enterprise, it is possible to learn from the successful experience of the Amazon, too Draw lessons from the failures that have been encountered in the past, and provide some experience and reference for the B2C cross-border e-commerce enterprises that are in the process of brewing in China.
