【摘要】：長期以來,受資源稟賦、人口密度、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平、城鎮(zhèn)化等因素影響,我國流通區(qū)域間、地區(qū)間、城鄉(xiāng)間發(fā)展差距較大,不協(xié)調(diào)、不平衡問題突出。近年來,在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+電子商務(wù)迅猛發(fā)展的推動下,流通區(qū)域發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)出農(nóng)村市場及中西部地區(qū)市場快速發(fā)展、區(qū)域市場一體化等新趨勢。"十三五"時期,應順應流通創(chuàng)新趨勢,以供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革為方向,積極探索推動流通區(qū)域合作與協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展新路徑、新模式,著力補齊短板。
[Abstract]:For a long time, due to the influence of resource endowment, population density, economic development level, urbanization and other factors, the development gap between the circulation regions, between regions, and between urban and rural areas is large, uncoordinated and unbalanced in recent years. Driven by the rapid development of electronic commerce on the Internet, the development of circulation regions presents a new trend, such as the rapid development of the rural market and the market in the central and western regions, and the integration of the regional market, etc. During the 13th Five-Year Plan period.
