基于電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)視角的賣家信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理實(shí)證分析

【摘要】:本文在研究已有文獻(xiàn)對(duì)電子商務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及賣家信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)形成理論和防范方法基礎(chǔ)上,指出賣家信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)生的原因在于其自身對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)行為認(rèn)知不足、行業(yè)監(jiān)管缺失及違約處罰機(jī)制不完善。本研究從第三方電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)的視角,分析了賣家群體對(duì)電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)發(fā)展所起的作用、賣家信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)會(huì)對(duì)平臺(tái)產(chǎn)生何種影響、并結(jié)合信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的成因提出電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)應(yīng)建立并實(shí)施風(fēng)險(xiǎn)培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃對(duì)賣家群體進(jìn)行教育引導(dǎo)和管理以降低賣家信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。在實(shí)證分析中,本文以國(guó)內(nèi)某知名電商平臺(tái)實(shí)施培風(fēng)險(xiǎn)培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃為研究案例,該平臺(tái)通過(guò)分析大量風(fēng)險(xiǎn)案例成因和特征,為風(fēng)險(xiǎn)培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容的設(shè)計(jì)提供數(shù)據(jù)支撐,并以接受培訓(xùn)的賣家和另一相關(guān)類目未接受培訓(xùn)的賣家為研究對(duì)象,利用DID模型進(jìn)行回歸,通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了有效的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)教育培訓(xùn)可提高賣家風(fēng)險(xiǎn)意識(shí),規(guī)范賣家交易行為、降低賣家風(fēng)險(xiǎn)指標(biāo)及改善平臺(tái)運(yùn)營(yíng)環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the formation of the basic theory and methods for the prevention of e-commerce risk and credit risk of the seller in the existing literature research, pointed out that the reason for the seller credit risk is the risk behavior on its own lack of knowledge, lack of industry regulation and the default punishment mechanism is not perfect. This study from the third party e-commerce platform perspective, analyzes the seller group the development of e-commerce platform, the seller of credit risk will affect the platform, combined with the causes of the credit risk of the proposed e-commerce platform should establish and implement training plan for risk education guidance and management of the seller group to reduce the seller credit risk. In the empirical analysis, this paper uses a domestic well-known business platform for the implementation of training risk the training plan for case study, analysis of a large number of risk case causes and characteristics through the platform, designed to provide training risk The data support, and to receive training and other related categories the seller did not accept the training of the seller as the research object, by using DID regression model, the results confirm the effective risk training can improve the seller risk consciousness, standardize the seller transactions, reduce the risk and improve the index of house selling platform operating environment.
