【摘要】：大連供電公司從2009年開始推行集約化物資管理模式,雖然采用了世界上先進(jìn)的ERP軟件,但ERP是針對(duì)制造企業(yè)的流程設(shè)計(jì)的物資計(jì)劃管理軟件,對(duì)于供電企業(yè)來(lái)說,電能的特殊性造成其與產(chǎn)品制造業(yè)的生產(chǎn)流程有很大不同,ERP軟件中的許多模塊都不符合供電公司尤其是地市供電公司的物資管理情況,許多流程操作復(fù)雜,而實(shí)際工作中的手續(xù)其實(shí)很簡(jiǎn)單,按照ERP系統(tǒng)的設(shè)置操作反而降低了工作效率。本文研究了大連供電公司物資供應(yīng)中心的物資管理工作內(nèi)容、工作流程及采購(gòu)方式,發(fā)現(xiàn)該公司在物資管理信息化方面存在的問題。通過對(duì)物資供應(yīng)中心的需求分析,結(jié)合ERP系統(tǒng)已有優(yōu)勢(shì),充分考慮集中招標(biāo)、協(xié)議庫(kù)存和超市化三種采購(gòu)方式的實(shí)際運(yùn)作流程,開發(fā)了一套適合地市公司的、實(shí)用的物資管理系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)的流程設(shè)置更加清晰,操作更加簡(jiǎn)單,更切合大連供電公司物資管理的實(shí)際情況。同時(shí),該系統(tǒng)采用數(shù)據(jù)接口技術(shù),將ERP系統(tǒng)作為該系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)囊括其中,避免了ERP和電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)兩個(gè)系統(tǒng)間反復(fù)登錄、切換的麻煩。該套系統(tǒng)的亮點(diǎn)就是超市化采購(gòu)模塊,這部分功能彌補(bǔ)了ERP系統(tǒng)物料小類不全的缺點(diǎn),也大大簡(jiǎn)化原有的ERP系統(tǒng)采購(gòu)流程,滿足實(shí)際工作中對(duì)于低值易耗品這類物資,采購(gòu)頻率高、需求數(shù)量難以預(yù)測(cè)、配送周期短的要求。尤其是超市化采購(gòu)目錄中的物資都有圖片,與ERP物料主數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)相比要更為形象和直觀。
[Abstract]:Dalian Power supply Company began to implement intensive material management model in 2009. Although the advanced ERP software is used in the world, ERP is the material planning management software for the process design of manufacturing enterprises. For power supply enterprises, the particularity of electric energy makes it very different from the production process of the product manufacturing industry. Many modules in ERP software are not in line with the material management situation of power supply companies, especially local power supply companies. Many processes are complicated, but the procedures in practice are very simple. According to the setting operation of ERP system, the working efficiency is reduced. This paper studies the material management work content, workflow and purchasing method of Dalian Power supply Company material supply Center. Through the demand analysis of the material supply center, combined with the advantages of ERP system, the centralized bidding is fully considered. This paper develops a practical material management system which is suitable for local and municipal companies. The process of the system is more clear and the operation is simpler. At the same time, the system adopts the data interface technology, and the ERP system is included as the database of the system. Avoid the trouble of repeatedly logging in and switching between ERP and E-commerce platform. The bright spot of this system is the supermarket purchasing module, which makes up for the shortcomings of ERP system material subclass. Also greatly simplifies the original ERP system procurement process to meet the actual work for low-value consumable goods such as goods procurement frequency is high demand quantity is difficult to predict. The requirement of short distribution period. Especially, the materials in the supermarket purchasing catalogue have pictures, which is more visual and intuitive than the ERP material master database.
