【摘要】：煙草公司采用集中采購制度以來,其物資采購工作面臨著新的形勢(shì)。各項(xiàng)采購業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)量的擴(kuò)大,面向采購企業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)數(shù)量的增多以及新型采購業(yè)務(wù)的不斷擴(kuò)展,對(duì)煙草公司物資采購工作的效率以及質(zhì)量都提出了新要求。如何以較為低廉的成本以及較為合理的資源配置來盡可能更多的完成相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù),成為煙草公司物資采購工作目前的重中之重。與此同時(shí),電子商務(wù)這種形式逐漸興起,煙草公司也決定將這種形式引入至物資采購的工作之中。因此,煙草公司物資采購系統(tǒng)基于此而進(jìn)行研發(fā)。煙草公司物資采購系統(tǒng)選擇了B/S架構(gòu)體系,SSH框架(Hibernate、Struts、 Spring)、Oraclellg數(shù)據(jù)庫以及Tomcat中間件作為本系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)支撐。B/S架構(gòu)提升了軟件系統(tǒng)對(duì)使用環(huán)境的適應(yīng)性。SSH框架更好地服務(wù)于系統(tǒng)各項(xiàng)功能以及各層面的實(shí)現(xiàn),提供了良好的擴(kuò)展性,提高了開發(fā)效率。煙草公司物資采購系統(tǒng)總共劃分了基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)管理、專賣及采購計(jì)劃管理、專賣合同管理、非專合同管理、調(diào)撥業(yè)務(wù)五個(gè)主要模塊�；A(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)管理模塊包括了企業(yè)用戶管理、煙用材料管理以及供應(yīng)商管理幾個(gè)方面；專賣及采購計(jì)劃管理包含了專賣計(jì)劃管理以及采購計(jì)劃管理兩部分；專賣合同管理包括了合同起草、合同確認(rèn)、合同鑒定、合同查詢以及合同狀態(tài)管理幾個(gè)部分；非專合同管理包含了非專協(xié)議、非專訂單、非專合同以及非專到貨幾個(gè)方面的管理；調(diào)撥業(yè)務(wù)包括了對(duì)合作生產(chǎn)調(diào)撥的管理、對(duì)醋纖絲束調(diào)撥的管理、對(duì)其他調(diào)撥的管理以及到貨清算。煙草公司物資采購系統(tǒng)在研發(fā)過程中充分考慮到了煙草公司物資采購工作的業(yè)務(wù)流程以及實(shí)際需求,并與電子商務(wù)的特點(diǎn)相結(jié)合。在系統(tǒng)正式上線后,對(duì)煙草公司物資采購工作的各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行了梳理,對(duì)牽涉到的各種數(shù)據(jù)信息實(shí)現(xiàn)了良好的管理,有效地提升了整個(gè)煙草公司物資采購工作的運(yùn)行效率以及質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Since the tobacco company adopted the centralized procurement system, its material procurement work is facing a new situation. The number of procurement business expansion, the number of procurement enterprises to increase the number of new types of procurement business expansion. The efficiency and quality of material procurement of tobacco companies are put forward new requirements. How to achieve as much business as possible with lower cost and more reasonable allocation of resources. At the same time, the electronic commerce is gradually rising, and the tobacco company has decided to introduce this form into the material procurement work. Tobacco company material procurement system based on this research and development. Tobacco company material procurement system selected the B / S architecture framework SSH framework and hibernate Struts. Spring. Oraclellg database and Tomcat middleware as the technical support of the system. B / S architecture improves the software system adaptability to the use of the environment. SSH framework to better serve the system. Item function and implementation of each level. The material purchasing system of tobacco company is divided into basic data management, monopoly and purchasing plan management, exclusive contract management and non-exclusive contract management. The basic data management module includes enterprise user management, tobacco material management and supplier management. Monopoly and procurement plan management includes two parts: monopoly plan management and procurement plan management. Monopoly contract management includes contract drafting, contract confirmation, contract appraisal, contract inquiry and contract status management. Non-exclusive contract management includes the management of non-exclusive agreement, non-exclusive order, non-exclusive contract and non-exclusive delivery. The allocation business includes the management of cooperative production and allocation, and the management of the allocation of vinegar fiber bundles. Management of other transfers and arrival clearance. Tobacco company material procurement system in the research and development process to fully take into account the tobacco company material procurement business processes and actual needs. And combined with the characteristics of electronic commerce. After the system was officially online, the material procurement of tobacco companies were combed the various business processes, involved in a variety of data and information to achieve good management. Effectively improve the operation efficiency and quality of the whole tobacco company material procurement work.
