【摘要】：隨著我國電力市場的建立以及電力系統(tǒng)的改革,傳統(tǒng)的管理思想、管理模式和管理手段已難以適應(yīng)電力企業(yè)發(fā)展的需求。為了提高企業(yè)的市場競爭力,各發(fā)電企業(yè)紛紛建設(shè)新的物資管理系統(tǒng),以適應(yīng)企業(yè)的需求。 本文簡要說明了我國發(fā)電企業(yè)物資管理的現(xiàn)狀和問題,研究分析了物資管理電子商務(wù)系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的目的和意義。通過介紹Flex、J2ee、Soa、MVC、工作流等當(dāng)前先進(jìn)的IT技術(shù),并以此為主要技術(shù)手段,提出了發(fā)電企業(yè)物資管理電子商務(wù)系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)平臺(tái)。本文給出的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)方式,能夠滿足發(fā)電企業(yè)物資管理新環(huán)境下的管理要求,符合我國電力企業(yè)信息化發(fā)展趨勢。文章分別從發(fā)電物資管理業(yè)務(wù)模型和系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)建設(shè)方案設(shè)計(jì)兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了研究。 1、分析了物資管理若干關(guān)鍵業(yè)務(wù),針對(duì)發(fā)電企業(yè)特有的物資采購模式和業(yè)務(wù)流程的特點(diǎn),結(jié)合軟件工程與UML建模工具,設(shè)計(jì)了發(fā)電企業(yè)物資管理業(yè)務(wù)架構(gòu)與業(yè)務(wù)功能流程模型。對(duì)系統(tǒng)整體業(yè)務(wù)流程、物資管理業(yè)務(wù)流程、合同管理業(yè)務(wù)流程、供應(yīng)商管理業(yè)務(wù)流程及庫存管理流程等進(jìn)行了深入分析,提出了物資管理業(yè)務(wù)網(wǎng)的體系架構(gòu),并完成了系統(tǒng)功能應(yīng)用設(shè)計(jì)。 2、提出了基于FLEX和J2EE多層架構(gòu)的Web開發(fā)框架下的發(fā)電企業(yè)物資管理電子商務(wù)系統(tǒng)解決方案,用于實(shí)現(xiàn)物資集中管理的有效控制,強(qiáng)化企業(yè)對(duì)物資采購過程信息全過程管理與監(jiān)控,降低整個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈的總成本。并運(yùn)用面向?qū)ο蠓治龊驮O(shè)計(jì)方法實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。 本文的研究結(jié)合了發(fā)電企業(yè)物資管理信息化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)實(shí)情況,充分考慮當(dāng)前發(fā)電企業(yè)集中管控的管理模式,設(shè)計(jì)了一體化的內(nèi)部物資管理與對(duì)外電子商務(wù)采購系統(tǒng),在發(fā)電集團(tuán)企業(yè)物資管理中得到成功應(yīng)用。其設(shè)計(jì)思路和模型對(duì)于其他行業(yè)的信息化亦具應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the reform and establishment of China electric power market and power system, the traditional management idea, management mode and management methods have been difficult to adapt to the needs of the development of electric power enterprises. In order to improve the market competitiveness of enterprises, have the construction of a new material management system of the power enterprises, in order to adapt to the needs of enterprises.
This paper briefly describes the status quo and problems of materials management in power generation enterprises in China, analyzed the purpose and significance of the material management system of electronic commerce construction. Through the introduction of Flex, J2ee, Soa, MVC, workflow and the current advanced IT technology, and this is the main technical means, the design of power generation enterprise material management in electronic commerce the system construction and implementation platform. This paper gives the design way, can meet the requirements of the new environment of material management of power enterprises under management, consistent with the information development of China's power enterprises. The management trend from the power supplies business model and system platform construction scheme design of two aspects of the study.
1, analyzes some key business material management, according to the characteristics of power generation enterprise specific procurement mode and business process, combined with software engineering and UML modeling tools, design the power generation enterprise architecture and business material management business process model. On the system of business processes, materials management business process, contract management, business process, supplier business process management and inventory management process to carry on the thorough analysis, put forward the architecture of material management business network, and has completed the system function design.
2, put forward to solve the Web FLEX development framework and J2EE multilayer architecture under the power generation enterprise material management system based on e-commerce solutions, to achieve effective control of material centralized management, strengthen enterprise management and monitoring the whole process of material procurement process information, reduce the total cost of the whole supply chain. And the use of object-oriented analysis and design method to realize the system design.
This study combines the reality of the situation of material management of power enterprise information construction, fully consider the management mode of power enterprise centralized control at present, the design of the integration of internal and external management of e-commerce procurement system, to the successful application of material management in power generating enterprises. Its design and model are also valuable for other industries the information.
