【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入新常態(tài),推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)已迫在眉睫。在整體上,中國(guó)金融發(fā)展與市場(chǎng)化水平對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)具有正向的推動(dòng)作用;在分地區(qū)上,東部地區(qū)和西部地區(qū)與全國(guó)的結(jié)果基本一致,西部地區(qū)的回歸系數(shù)偏小,中部金融發(fā)展對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)具有負(fù)向作用,市場(chǎng)化水平對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)具有正向作用,但顯著性水平相對(duì)較低。通過(guò)實(shí)證分析,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)東、中、西部出現(xiàn)不同的回歸結(jié)果,這說(shuō)明我國(guó)在發(fā)展上存在空間非均衡性的特點(diǎn)。因此,在制定區(qū)域發(fā)展政策時(shí),相關(guān)部門既要保持全局意識(shí)又要注重地區(qū)差異,保證政策的科學(xué)性和全面性。
[Abstract]:With China's economy entering the new normal, it is urgent to promote the transformation and upgrading of the economy. On the whole, the level of financial development and marketization in China plays a positive role in promoting the upgrading of industrial structure; in the subregions, the results of the eastern and western regions are basically the same as those of the whole country, the regression coefficient of the western region is small, the financial development of the central region plays a negative role in the upgrading of the industrial structure, and the level of marketization plays a positive role in the upgrading of the industrial structure, but the level of significance is relatively low. Through empirical analysis, we can find different regression results in the east, middle and west, which shows that there is spatial imbalance in the development of our country. Therefore, when formulating regional development policies, the relevant departments should not only maintain the overall awareness but also pay attention to regional differences, so as to ensure the scientific and comprehensive nature of the policies.
