儀器儀表產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展指標(biāo)體系研究
[Abstract]:The evaluation of index system, as a scientific method to understand things in an all-round way, has been paid more and more attention in recent years. Its research scope involves many aspects such as theoretical support, technology, method and so on. Especially, it plays an important role in the evaluation of comprehensive national strength, the evaluation of industry development, the evaluation of economic policy and the evaluation of development planning. In scientific evaluation, it is possible to measure simple problems with a single variable, while for complex problems, multiple variables are needed to measure them, and even a hierarchical variable system is needed to measure them. According to incomplete statistics, there are more than 3 million papers on index system research in our country since 1994. However, there are few papers on index system research in instrument field. This research is a blank in instrument field. In this paper, the construction, evaluation and weight of the index system of instrument industry are studied, and the current situation of instrument field at home and abroad as well as the development process of instrument industry in industrial developed countries are fully studied. The development data of instrument industry in major industrial developed countries are analyzed. On the basis of the determination of dimension, output and relative weight of index and the method of index selection, the evaluation index system of instrument industry is constructed. In this paper, the index system of instrument industry is used to evaluate the development level of instrument industry in some countries and compare with the industrial development of our country. Through the analysis of data, the influence of comprehensive index system index and various factors on the development process of instrument industry and the existing problems in different development stages are obtained, and the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure and the implementation of innovation-driven strategy are put forward. To improve product quality and benefit, to support green and sustainable development policy recommendations, and to promote the deep integration of industry informatization and industrialization, to promote the strategic transition to a powerful instrument manufacturing country, To shorten the gap between China's instrument industry and international developed countries to provide a reference.
